Bambara nut is a good source of protein, fiber, calcium, iron and potassium while banana leaf on the other hand is packed with polyphenols, which are natural antioxidants. These polyphenols battle all the free radicals in the body and prevent diseases.

Some will add crayfish, onion, maggi and other things🤦‍♀️.
just like she said OKPA has its own beautiful taste and all it needs is just Water red oil pepper and salt for taste that's all 🤷🏽‍♀️💃🏻.

This is really explicit and helpful. Thanks, especially the emphasis on healthy cooking, using banana leaves or plates instead of nylon

I want to know if the okpa flour expires because I have had one for about one year. I am cooking it and thinking it is still ok to eat, and I am pregnant, too, so I am conscious of what I eat.

No, it doesn't if kept in a cool dry place. Nevertheless, it's a flour and should be sieved before use because of weevils. Thank you for watching.
