      @user-ul2lq4qk9u 3 หลายเดือนก่อน

      Hi Shamza, I was very excited to try your chicken karahi recipe and I have now tried it! I was very happy with the results because it is the best chicken curry I have made! I used all the ingredients that you used and next time, I will try it without the fenugreek leaves, just for my personal preference.
      I started cooking curries about 10 years ago and even though I watched my Mum, I just haven’t been able to grasp this one! Every time I cook a chicken curry, I always eat it and think ‘it’s just ok’, which isn’t good enough! I couldn’t wait to try your recipe because I was taught to use onions. Not having to use onions is fab! I’d much rather use tomatoes than onions. Your recipe isn’t just easier, it’s also quicker! I will definitely cook it your way from now on and I would also feel confident in cooking this delicious recipe for guests which I would’ve never done before I found you.
      I have one question for you please…. I like any meat curry to be saucy. If I wanted more sauce/gravy in this, could I use 13 medium sized tomatoes instead of 8 with 1kg of chicken?
      I will be trying your lamb karahi recipe next. Thank you, Shamza!

    • @GadgetsGear

      if you've already made it then eat with some yogurt, rice or naan? If your making it then reduce how much chilli powder you use? If your still cooking it and finding it too hot maybe add some potatoes?? I'm guessing to be honest about the cooking side of things. Hope you sort it.

    • @MyLittleKitchenRecipes
      @MyLittleKitchenRecipes  3 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      Hi David, do you add extra chilli powder to the curries? Just try reducing the amount.. and just like gadgets and gear has said, if its been cooked then having yoghurt or a cucumber raita will reduce the heat. Hope that helps.
