@@chinnywanders Based on google, there should be a train going directly to Otaru fr CTS. When I was in Hokkaido, the last city I visited there was Sapporo, which is much closer to Otaru than the airport (which made me say you could take the bus). Enjooyyyy!!! 🥰

I mean there’s tons of different types of people in the US, but I’m like the Americans on TV having juice and cereal for breakfast 😅 I love a lot of the Japanese food that I’ve tried over here, but there’s so much more to it in Japan! I want to get used to all the seafood, but it’s hard to order a whole dish not knowing if I’ll be able to eat it all. A buffet would be amazing to try a little bit of everything and not have to worry about food waste. I could go at my own pace

my old coworker who grew up between japan and alaska told me how wayyy before japanese food got trendy her and her siblings would go down to the docks when the fishing boats would come back and ask any of them fileting the salmon for the eggs because they would just toss it, they got SO MUCH free roe during that time lmao
I am a twelve year old in middle school who ADORES FISH. My old Korean step-mother who is to not be anymore, would make me fish, kimchi,onigiri, but I would eat it at school and get made fun of. Or when I went out to dinner I was to afraid to ask to eat fish, but you have made me boost my confidence somehow and I love you!!!❤❤❤❤❤❤

It’s called Dormy inn and there are free ramen and ice cream at night and free Yakut drinks in the morning and free drinks during the afternoon

If it's in Otaru, it'll be in Hokkaido. You can take Shinkansen or take a plane ride fr Tokyo to CTS & take the bus going to Otaru.

Many Hokkaido hotels offer bfast add-on or inclusive which has a similar spread! Not sure bout other region tho.
