That opening where she was skipping with her cart and looking in the camera had me before the song even started. I love this MV, it’s so fun. I like to think of her hanging out with the actor versions, like these are not the murderous characters but performers. Like if Ghostface just showed up and acted in Scream but when they yelled cut, he went about his normal LA daily existence and Yuqi just attracted them all. Music-wise I feel like Yuqi’s solo material has usually been kind of Western leaning, I wouldn’t be surprised if she catches on with people who don’t even know KPop.
Haha I love that interpretation! I see what you're saying about her songs, her English is great and at least these two songs I've seen definitely have styles/sound/vibes that I think can click with western audiences for sure!

If you plan to review the album in a video, it's truly a masterpiece. The album takes us from one surprise to another, with each sound being totally different. I umm... any volunteers to tell her the numbers of days in a week? 😂I listened to it first thing when I woke up and I instantly loved as well as all the references to "old" horror movies. I always caught the live Fan Showcase she was doing this morning, not that I understood anything in Korean lol but I loved seeing it being performed live too, it was like a nice bonus. Listened to the whole album a few times, I think this is the catchy song and so far the two MVs showcase great contrasts in terms of style and the range of possibilities she has. Also been loving all the looks she's done but red hair? ❤
I adore yuqi! She has one of my favorite voices in the industry. I haven’t listened to the whole album yet, but I’m excited for it. I did look to see and a lot of the songs are all in English. Two have Korean in them

I caught on to that 10 days a week one too LOL, but the way it rolls off compared to any other number just fits so if it works for her it works for me. Probably could be meme'ing but if it works it works! Absolutely did not expect this concept and song. I mean that's what I get for avoiding spoilers for once 😅😅😅

Good morning! I listened to the album while making breakfast and your reaction is my first video. This song sounds amazing on headphones because there are so many little details. The video has such a good sense of humour and reminds me a bit of Red Velvet RBB, but also a bit of BIBI’s Bam Yam Gang. Your reaction was great too and reminds me a bit of that other reaction you did, which was really on point ;-) The whole album is great. She is a talented artist and packed in a lot of variety across all the tracks-there were none that didn’t hit for me, a couple that I’m sure will grow on me and several that are getting added to playlists immediately. I haven’t been using discord much but if that’s where the album listen happens i will figure it out. Did you preorder this one? Great track, great video, great album and great reaction. @@ChainReactionsChannel lol if it makes you feel better I ordered the special version because it had a guitar magnet. Hopefully that is as compelling in real life as it was in my imagination. Fortunately, my source tells me the special edition is early in the warehouse so I might have it in my hands tomorrow. I think we can count on at least one more video. (G)i-dle has learned a lot about the business over the past couple of years and letting an album breathe and thrive is at the top of the list. Fate is a great example of this, as is I Do (not sure if you ever caught all the versions of that, but I think there were 4 or 5 videos in the end.) But, mv or no mv I’m happy with the number and range of tracks on this album. Two songs from BIBI was almost painful (though we have a new duet with her and Jackson Wang dropping on Friday!)
