    대구 큰나무집 유명하지요 저도 가끔 이용합니다 닭도좋은데 오리도 좋아요 ㅎ ㅎ
    대구 닭백숙 큰나무 ~감나무 ~369 ~가끔 이용합니다 ㅎㅎㅎㅎ
    지금 영상은 큰나무집 ㅎㅎ
    큰나무집 가는길 두부집 있는데 예약 불가 최소한 30분 기본 기다려야함 내가 가본 두부집 최고 👍
    두부집 참고로 갓바위 가는길 삼거리 두부집 유명하지요 ~~
    지나서우측 골짜기들어가면 커피집 추석 다음날 갔는데 주문하는데 30분 줄이 쫘~~~ 주문하고 커피나오는데 40분 커피집 빵맛 👍
    일주일 두번 정도 가는곳 ㅎㅎ

    압력솥 부분에서 뭔가 익숙하다 싶어서 설명란 봤더니 세상에 제가 가본 곳이었네요ㅋㅋ 초등학생 때 할아버지 돌아가시기 전 가족 친척들과 다같이 식사할 때 함께 몇 번 가본 적 있는 곳이었어요. 할아버지 돌아가시고 난 후로 최소 14년 동안은 가보지 못했던 곳이었는데 올 봄에 엄마랑 둘이서 가창에 놀러갔다가 커피샵 찾는다고 들어간 길에서 우연히 다시 마주쳤어요. 어떻게 여길 다시 왔다며 신기해하면서 어릴 때 여기서 좋았던 추억을 되새기며 백숙 맛나게 먹었었는데 그 집이 여기 나올 줄이야ㅋㅋㅋ

    약재가 우러나면서 찹쌀까지 약재 육수가 스며들면 정말 맛있죠ㅠㅠㅠ 저기에 겉절이랑 같이 먹으면 얼마나 맛있을까..😭

    물넣고 백숙2마리 푹 끊이세요
    통마늘대파 마트에파는거 황기재료1포 그럼끝

      토종이든 백수이던
      밑반창 문제지 끓이는건 똑같다
      다진마늘 이빠이 통마늘 10개 미만
      시중에서 파는 삼계탕 한약재료 면
      남한산성에서 끓이는 백숙이랑 똑같은 진 않지만
      비슷하다

    백숙 소짜가 4만원이라니....너무 한거 아닌가요?? 닭한마리 원가 얼마 하지도 않는뎅.,,,,, 약제도 대량으로 구매하면 한마리당 들가는 약재 가격 얼마 안해요 .,,,,

      너 입만 갖고댕기지...요즘 저 정도 닭 약재 넣고 65000원이야..이게 비싸다하면 넌 그냥 하림닭 사서 집에서 라면에 긇여먹어라...꼭 계산도 안하는것들이 비싸네 어쩌네하고 주접들 떨어요..능력없으면 걍 댓글이라도 좋게좀달어라 ..괜히 저리장사잘됫것냐..그지들아...

      원가계산은 원재료만 들어가나?
      월세 인건비 고정지출 비용 이런거는??
      그리고 재료만 직접사면 바로 백숙되나?
      손질하고 끓이고 누가하는데?
      그리고 닭은 왜 사먹음? 병아리 사서 사료랑 물만 먹이면 되는데
      사료는 왜 삼? 쌀 보리 키워서 주면 되는데?
      참 답답하게 산다~~

    대구 토박이임ㅋㅋ대구에서 오래살았다 싶으면 한번씩 복날시즌에 방문해봤을걸??
    나도 매년은 아니지만 한번씩 재방문함
    일단 닭고기가 증말 야들함 저 죽도 맛있음ㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋ
    그치만 개인적으로 최고의 삼계탕은 청송이었음

      It is not a seasoning, but a broth. Baeksuk is a light soup dish that does not contain spicy seasoning, so eating it with soup. It's rude to say that to other people's food because it's not your taste.😑

      한국에서도 젊은사람은 모두가 좋아하지는 않습니다. 그러나 전통적인 음식이고 건강에 아주 좋습니다. 아주 가끔 먹는 음식입니다. 그리고 보는것보다 예상보다 맛이 좋습니다.^^

      인삼 황기 당귀 엄나무 옻나무 겨우살이 등등 한국식 약초가 들어가는 요리입니다. 젊은사람도 좋아하지만 주로 어른들이 좋아하는 전통음식입니다. 건강에 아주 좋아요

    여기 확장하기 전에 서너번 갔었는데
    맛이 크게 좋거나 나쁘지도 않고 가성비는 좀 비싸다싶고
    모든 면에서 삼계탕 잘하는 집이 훨씬 나은거 같음
