Hey, just noticed, when talking about Israel's hughest point, Mt Meron, you said "twelve-thousand and four meters" rather than "twelve-hundred and four"
@@DrWhoFanJ Yeah, In school my teachers would always encourage me to say it the way you mentioned, but it’s just easier to say “twelve-hundred” lol. Maybe it’s a bad habit, who knows😅
Hey CG, love from Israel 🇮🇱 However, there's a pretty significant mistake about Israel highest point which is Mt. Hermon (2,814 - 33.414 / 35.857), more than twice the size of Mt. Meron...
Nice video bro. The landscape shots are freaking stellar. Had no idea Afghanistan had such a monstrous Mountain on it nor that Ararat was actually that huge!
I've been to the top of Pikes Peak in Colorado (14,110-14,115 feet), even though I live in Florida. That's as high as I'VE been, and, btw, Florida may be flat (Flatter than Kansas, which is known for its "flatness") no matter where you go in the state, but there are places (Whole Countries in fact) that are flatter, and not just island nations, either. Like, I remember this guy's video on African Highpoints, and the first 5, or so highpoints (All in West African Nations, that somehow don't have names for them) were all less than 345 Feet (Florida's highpoint) above sea level. Even here, Qatar's highpoint is lower than Florida's, too, including The Maldives. So don't poo-poo on Florida. If Global Warming were to happen, and all The Earth's Ice melted, I heard (From the channel: RealLifeLore) that ocean levels would rise by 224 feet, or so, which would leave a lot of Central Florida, and The Panhandle still above water! Again, don't Disrespect Florida!🔫 (I couldn't find A Flag Emoji for Florida, so I chose one that resembles Florida's shape on a map.)
Here is a daunting video suggestion, the highest point in every country on earth, and the highest point in every state/province/territory in each of those countries.
Egypt is also a transcontinental country (Africa and Asia) with its highest peak being in the Asian part of the country (Sinai peninsula)... It's Mount Catherine at 2639 m.
What's The Highest Point in Egypt, NOT In The Sinai Peninsula? Somewhere in The Southern, or Western part of the country (Not too close to The Nile River, for obvious reasons), perhaps? Like, imagine if we were living back when Israel, and Egypt fought a war with each other, half a century ago, and Israel claimed The Sinai Peninsula for themselves. During that time, what would've been Egypt's highest natural point?
Damn , we took a huge Jump from Kuwait to Palestine , but seriously though mountains/high landscapes are the best thing ever i wish i lived near some .
I don't know if this would be interesting to add but Mt Ararat is told to be the mountain that the Ark of Noah stranded on. Great vid anyways! Maybe one addition you could make is to add chapters to the video for the countries (edit: I see you're already going to add them 👍)
The Reason why there needs to be a Tour Guide(Malim Gunung/Mountain Expert) in Malaysia's Mount Kinabalu, is because in 2015, 10 Tourists from UK,Netherlands Nuded on the summit which angered locals in the surrounding village because They believe the Mountain has a Widowed Chinese spirit which constantly look at the mountains and blesses it. Being nude however Angers the spirit which would result in Earthquakes,Landslide, which is why Many hikers should be respectful to the nature.
@@peterwinters8587 They nuded at the summit. the only camp near the summit is about 1.6 KM away. According to the guide, they immediately stripped as they reached the summit.
I wonder how this video would have looked in another geological age. Maybe there would be mountains too tall to climb without large amounts of added oxygen and protective equipment. Or lots of active volcanoes spitting lava at every highpointer trying to summit them.

No, it isn’t. Mount Hermon (Jabal A-Sheikh) is on the southern end of the anti-Lebanon Mountain Range which straddles the border between Syria and Lebanon, and is part of the Golan Heights, which the state of Israel occupies, but is internationally recognised as belonging to Syria.
We know that Nepal and China shared Mt. Everest, but that mountain of the Himalayas is more on the Chinese side than the Nepali side. At least both those countries share the same summit.
It's part of the Golan Heights which is not widely recognized as Israeli territory, hence why I only counted Mt. Hermon for Syria as it is indisputably in Syria
