I know this was 2 years ago, but have you perfected the way you put vinyl onto the shoes? Perhaps making/ cutting a pattern out of painter's tape or so from the shoe and then cutting the vinyl from that pattern and then adhering to shoe. But the shoes look great!

I never used a heat gun; but yes you would because it may cause it to melt
