I am so excited about this shirt that I cannot even contain myself! I originally did the first tutorial like this on 100% polyester; but using the new Sublimation HTV for Dark Fabric has allowed all of an opportunity to get vibrant colors on dark cotton fabric, without all of the hoopla!

Thanks for being so detailed...I have been so frustrated with this process using a cameo 4 plus to cut it...I bought a cricut maker 3 a few months ago and am setting it up today to give this another shot and will post my results to my channel!! I didn’t have a photo of my Mom, Dad, and Siblings. I took single photos and put them on Cricut Design Space and tried to slice them, but it wouldn’t Slice. So I took a photo of the single photos making it a single photo. I used Impact font and the word “Family” placed my photo in there and sliced. Perfect. I Love it. I was wondering if this design in particular can be done in regular in ink jet printer WITH HTV PAPAER AND THE WHOTE POWDER? and if you have a video on that. 😊

You can do this with a regular inkjet printer. I would suggest using Siser EasyColor DTV. You won't need the HTV or white powder. I don't have a video on it.

So that sumblimation paper can be used for light color shirts ?
I purchased htv white & clear glossy. The white will not absorbed rhe sublimation. Do you have any pointers.

I love this shirt! I actually watched it the other day then today I had to pause & rewatch. How did you persuade Cricut to do a larger than usual print then cut? Is it because you set the paper size to 14”? If so, can we use that as a work-around if we need larger than normal but still within 8.5 x 11?

Delonda what size & brand is your heat press.
o one more i dont know if i asked this yet but so the htvront sublimation papers[ this is the one you have in the blue envelop] are those the same as the Siser EasySubli Heat Transfer Vinyl, and can these be printed on directly meaning can these two brands go through the printer if only going to be used on white shirt?

Love your videos! I had two questions. Is the htv ront sublimation htv dark 8.5x14 also? The box looks smaller than the sublimation paper, but it has to be wood enough to offset... Also, did you use dtf powder on the photo or why did you leave the photo in the heat press alone before pressing it on the white? Thanks so much. Still really intimidated to start sublimating
Hi there and thank you. I don't remember how long the htvront sublimation paper is because I haven't used it in a while. I always placed my printed images on my heat press for a couple of minutes, just to let the ink dry.

I really like your tutorials. And I followed this one to the T but my paper stuck to the HTV sublimation for dark fabric in my picture did not come out. I think this was the second time I tried doing this with sublimation HTV for dark fabrics
I think if I do it again i’ll not apply so much pressure and heat to my project 😢😅

Yes, you can use Silhouette to print, but you would need to cut it by hand if you don't have a cutter.

They usually go away after the fabric cools.

You should be able to print multiples. After you click make it, you can choose how many copies to print.
My explore would not cut three htv. An error came up saying it could not read the lines on the paper??? 😢

What brand sublimation ink did you use. There have been reports of the ink bleeding or fading in the wash.
I use Hiipoo Sublimation Ink.
