- 榴莲糯米糕是东南亚一带非常传统的甜点，香滑软绵
是以榴莲果肉、椰糖、椰奶和糯米粉制成，
吃了流连忘返
材料 A : Ingredients A :
150克 糯米(浸泡四个小时) -150g glutinous rice（Soak for four hours）
½ 茶匙盐 - ½ tsp salt
½ 杯 椰奶 - ½ cup coconut milk
½ 杯 温水 - ½ Cup Warm water
1 茶匙 油 - 1 tsp Oil
大火蒸煮25~30分钟 - Steam for 25~30 minutes on high heat
材料 B : Ingredients B :
½ 杯 榴莲 - ½ cup durian
一杯 椰奶 - 1 cup coconut milk
1粒 鸡蛋 - 1 egg
少许盐 - dash of salt
55克 糖 - 55 g sugar
1/4 杯 面粉 - 1/4 Cup all purpose flour
1/4 杯 蛋黄粉 - 1/4 Cup Custard Powder
1 茶匙 粘米粉 1 tsp rice flour
1 茶匙 油 - 1 tsp Oil
2~3滴 可食用色素(柠檬黄) - 2~3 drops food colouring（lemon yellow）
中火蒸煮30分钟
medium heat steaming for 30 minutes

Auntie Liew, thank you showing us the sarongs. I love the traditional handprinted sarongs and actually bought a few old ones. They are very pretty. I have wore them here and there with plain tank tops or t-shirts, but I folded it the wrong way (lol the man style). Now I know how to fold it correctly!
