Hi! Thank you! The kit I'm working on in this video is Realborn Marnie Asleep from Bountiful Baby. And veining I typically do in the very beginning stages, usually after neutralizing (if needed) and creases then I will add veins. I hope this helps

Yes I typically do, but every doll/situation is different so on the rare occasion I don't always
