This is Shamir and Alois's Paralogue. Since you only need one of the two, most people do it way before you can recruit Alois, so they miss out on the battalion you get for him out of this. It's not an incredible reward, but I wanted to show it off here, regardless.
This Paralogue might seem overwhelming, but it's one of the easiest battles to finish quickly. You just send some fliers with Stride to the boss on the first turns and bam, you're done.
Make sure the enemies don't step into town for more than one turn, otherwise you'll miss out on some neat rewards.

At the suggested level of 17... this fight is absolutely brutal. Basically impossible. I've managed to complete a few of the paralogues on maddening at the suggested level... Dorothea & Ingrid's, and Sylvain's, but with this one you absolutely need to be 20+
3:43 Yup. This was something I did in my Black Eagle Maddening run. I just had Dorothea use Stride, Linhardt use Warp, and had Edelgard chuck her Short Axe at the boss. Finished it in one turn, which I’m very grateful for. This paralogue is one of the reasons I decided to go for Casual on my Maddening runs. Any time I did this paralogue on Hard, it’d take several attempts to make it through without dying.
Is there any way of cutting off or slowing down the flow of reinforcements?
I think one of the enemies in the north-west area can stop SOME of the reinforcements, but there's no way to stop them completely.
Man I know Im late to this series but Im really enjoying it and learning a lot from you! Im just a bit confused about the paralogue you did here with the paralogue you shared in the Golden Deer route, since you used different units, this one is just for showing how to complete it? Im just curious because all the level ups and things youre getting here its different from main video! Thanks and sorry for bothering you after so long! Keep up the good work! Cant wait to see FE Engage ! Im excited for that game!
For Paralogues of neutral units I only made one video for them, so yeah this was on the Black Eagles route.
