Nice! I see this a lot on my BA flights, though I personally prefer the 2000-2017 version of the BA Arrival Video with the classical music and voice.
T5 was aways this music. There were 2 versions of it. One from 2008-2010 and another from 2010-2020. Now there is a new cartoon one that is bare bones somewhere on YT
This video should also say "If your baggage is tagged through all the way to your final destination" before suggesting people use Flight Connections. I wonder how many people have left their bags because they did not pick them up and used Flight Connections erroneously.
And if my flight departs from B/C gates, and I am connecting to a BA international flights, do I do what they say first and go to B/C gates, or go straight to Flight Connections? (that's an expensive mistake) What if I forget to check my flight and just go straight to Flight Connections?
I could see people being confused.

With the checking the bagtag is a goog idea. It happened to me that I took the wrong suitcase. Fortunately I checked the bagtag and recognised that was the wrong suitcase.
this in NOT what I experienced ....there is a long 20-30 minute walk...then a train ....then more walk 20 minutes to customs....then another 20 minutes walk to get bags ....all of this with many many people going in all directions......very confusing ....and I am british....God help the Thai's and and multinationals who watch this video and think it is easy.
well said david . I will visit Heathrow in a couple of weeks and i am still confused. I already watched a very good video explaining how to get from terminal 5 to your luggage .It's true there is a lot of walking and you need a train to get you there . After you get off the train there are more stairs and walk. It's easy though because you follow the yellow signs.
The thing that confuses me is if the train has only one stop and after you get your bags where is your exact location ? are you still in Terminal 5 or the train takes you to another Terminal or area?
I need to go to international coaches for Coventry but i it's a little bit confusing after this part. Any ideas ? thank you

2015. Flight from Melbourne to Berlin via London Heathrow T.5. Luggage not loaded on to connecting flight to Berlin - for the entire plane! Luggage arrived 3 days later! I'll never connect via London Heathrow T5 again!

im flying from belfast to terminal 5. i need to get a connecting flight from t5 to johannesburg.. but ive only got 50minutes to do so! is that possible? please someone help, its my first time travelling on my own. :0

My flight BA will landing at T5 and connecting flight at T3 to Prague, this is my first time to heathrow airport and i really dont know how to go , any one can tell me please?
Joelian Cinta alright you need to follow the purple "flight connection signs you will go down stairs and head to the bus area once you arrive at T3 you may need to go through security the. Your in the departure area. Have a nice trip.
My ticket Mumbai. ...heathrow....Atlanta.USA.... I will land at T5 layover..at heathrow.. get my connecting flight to T5 A gate... do I take the metro train? Please reply
If you're flying from Heathrow to Atlanta your flight will probably depart from 5B or 5C so yes.
Hello do you know how to get from terminal 5 to International coaches ? After the luggage pick up i am a little bit confused. Also if you only have a cabin bag and not a suitcase to pick up do you follow the same route ?

Aberdeen Aviation i fly to London a lot from Philadelphia, and I always ask the crew to play this vid, and they do. Philadelphia has a lot of connecting passengers in London.
I used to ask the crew to play this before arrival. I worked for BA at Denver Airport. Passengers always found it useful.
They do on a lot of flights.
Terminal 1 closed in 2015. And it is not 2015
