But, as the day 1 player that had seen fluctuation from good to bad, developer almost gave up with last resort in 1.3 and I still believed back then until now, I will wholeheartedly support till end of the game itself

The censorship on the costumes we got a solution, the images and live 2D on the archive stories are censored now sadly and I agree, for how long can we survive this wave of hits on the game, we really dunno. As for the future of the game I really wish the devs the best and supporting them since they're awesome and hope they won't get demoralized with all these shenanigans.
It was inevitable, devs gahca model was on volatile ground and big changes was to be expected . imho devs responses has been good , yes it's not perfect .

I feel like its one thing after the other. Personally I wanna see more covenants added.. I NEED the Thanos glove of wedding rings for my Adjutant lol. The next two I'd like to see would be Marian and Katya. I was really skeptical about what would happen censorship wise but the Marian interactive scene is probably the spiciest one they've put out yet.. So I still have some confidence left that they won't stray too far from whats kept them afloat so far.
I have confidence in them. I'm still in. I am highly anticipating the Queen Sanic buffs coming. For Christmas I'd love a free skin selector with 1 free Christmas themed skin, and having ALL of the girls with their own unique christmas costumes. Then the rest of the outfits being in the blue ticket shop for a couple of weeks or ending around new years. Basically you get your favorite ops christmas outfit free, then can blue ticket for others. In a more general sense, not necessarily Christmas related, I'd like to see the ops overall balanced more. They probably shouldn't nerf any ops, because that'd be a horrible idea, but many ops do need buffs. In terms of dps itself. They should test the potential dps outputs of the DPS ops on a test-dummy, whether they give us that target-dummy or not is kind of irrelevant, but on a dev side they should test and get the ops to around the same level roughly both at M0T1 and M5T2. Like lets say Wyfe's dps is hypothetically 3,000 damage per second, and Hush is like 500 damage per second, Hush would need her damage boosted to somewhere comparable, even if not 3k, around 2.5k or 2.75k dps. The discrepency between one SSR dps and another right now is absolutely incomparable. Set bot to optimal dps rotation cycle, let it run for 10 minutes on a target dummy, check end result sort of thing. Support ops should be balanced too the buffs they give the dps. They did a good job with Exuvia and Riptide being fairly close to one another.

As long as they learn the lesson from this patch and pay a lot of attention to quality checking their story, I think they can earn our trust back. I'm more positive than most about this, partially because this pretty much the only live service harem game that doesn't have anything that's poisonous to me(like yuri). This is the first mistake of this nature, so it's easy for me to forgive. The censorships weren't their fault after all.

That was an in-game refund, and as far as I'm concerned, I paid for a version of the game that doesn't exist now. So, no amount of in-game reimbursement is going to make me feel confident, when I feel like the next thing I spend the currency on might also disappear, or be downgraded into something I don't like. And, I am not confident that the graphics settings adjustment will remain a viable option for keeping our skins, by this time next year. I didn't really care, we'll see. But, then when they released a story that was broken and had to fix that too, i just start wondering what could possibly be going on behind the scenes. It's utter chaos, and it honestly doesn't all add up, for me personally. Edit: I appreciate you showing your skepticism while maintaining an overall positive outlook. It's a perfect balance for a content creator like yourself and I feel a bit calmer about the topic after seeing someone in your position coming at this topic without "rosy glasses".

I'll still play for the story to see how our girls are doing, but for now, I'll have to hold off on spending. Got about 600 digicash from the refund so i can at least play around with that. Im hoping SnowPeak can continue to be SnowPeak... if they stop getting censored or stop having to get censored, I'll start spending again. I would love a christmas theme with our girls...

I will support this game till the end. Well obviously not perfect, this is one of the few developers that actually care about their game and will make changes instantly. Even though they're going through a lot of BS right now they are definitely better than when they first started out.
And I saw that current things happened because Snowbreak gain more fame very quickly that also gain more attention from any competitors. Remember that in 1.3 that no one pay attention to this game because of low popularity back then
i wish they didn't put as much effort into the voice overs for the story. So for this last five meters before 2024 ends, the last SP event for December could include a scene of the Adjutant bonding with the entirety of the Heimdall girls. Maybe the Christmas event should be like the last one (Place where all current factions are in agreement to let their rivalries out of it, then comes some stupid group that shits in the pooch, making everyone agree to beat thw F outta those aholes, maybe make subtle hitns the hostile faction is somewhat a representation of all the annoying issues that hit SB so hard as they recovered from the EoS state). Perhaps the Adjutant and Co. Were given a massive reservation in a Popular Hot Springs place in a Switzerland esque nation (Absolute Neutrality, they won't deny any faction their services and everyone lets them be because the hassle to take them out/conquer isn't worth the trouble, and everyone likes the Hot springs too much to risk being blacklisted in case of a likely failure).
they really need to rethink what kind of new char will be released in term of power. summer katya and marian is underwheling compared to the old units. Currently I play with ksana than them cause is stronger and fun.

I want the game to thrive, but it's one strike away from losing the ballgame. You have to understand that there's also the new games coming out that it will need to compete with, as well as the general trend that people will drop games over time. Snowbreak needs collabs to bring in new players, but I don't see that happening any time soon, especially not with all the drama this year. There are at least as many haters in China and global as there are fans. That's not a good place to be in. I wish I could say, hey, the devs got this, but all they've shown in the past year is a lot of good intentions, but bad execution...
They had all the market share in the beginning, they messed up. Snowbreak is the very first third person shooter gacha game. Because they dropped the ball and changed to fanservice direction, they put themselves in the corner that they can't get out of. Any new third person shooter gacha (DNA) can become alot more popular if they appeal to a wider audience.
I still feel like not adding EN VO is a fail on their part. Yes, China may bring in most of their money but its also the community that's trying to kill them. NIKKE would be no where near as successful a game as it is, top grossing game of its type without EN VO. They need a bigger audience but have locked their fan base. Inclusivity makes a difference.
CN is literally like 90% and in global I think Japan makes up the majority, we are literally a minority and out of all of those a lot of people would probably still prefer the JP dub over EN
we probably do not get Christmas event because Devs/writer schedule messed up try fixing the story. 🤔🤔 btw i still hoping for military aesthetic skin 😂😂😂 my financial support for this game stopped for now.
