2023 Missouri River 340 Time Lapse

I participated in the 2023 Missouri River 340 canoe race. The race was called off early due to safety concerns. Heavy rain brought river levels up rapidly. This increased the debris in the water. More inclement weather was scheduled across the whole race course (half the state of Missouri) that would have caused unsafe conditions for all involved.
This video shows the first 197 of the 340 mile race course, pulling off the river at Cooper's Landing.

Great video, really gives a feel for the strange conditions this year. I remember watching your older start-to-finish timelapse before my first 340.

Beasts!!!! What a great effort you ladies slayed that race, I was too concerned with the weather I tapped out at Miami after arriving at 11:55 got out expecting storms, napped got up at 6 had a bad feeling and hit the forbidden button, your attempt is inspiring, big-time I glad I watched this I needed it.❤

@@hoganhaake oops sorry about that, you two make a helluva team. I thought the night footage was a pretty accurate depiction of how dark it was
