You should look into supercavitating torpedoes like the Shkval. It's pretty old but it can do more than 200 mph, almost 400 km/h, underwater by using supercavitation.
And to think this was already possible when the Ohio-class SSBNs were delivered.. and those things have been around since the 80s

They don't have to handle the impact of the launch . Missles are pushed out under pressure surrounded by nitrogen incasing the missle in a bubble. The missles never touch the water. Once they're far enough away from the sub theyer engines ignite. Usually there's enough water between the missle and sub that the sub won't experience too much blow back
Yes. The only issue the submarine has post-launch is ballast management. Suddenly losing all that mass and have all that empty volume quickly replaced by water is gonna mess with bouyancy.

До сих пор вроде рекорд. Никто, никогда, не проверял, ни на одном из флотов, ни в одной стране, чтоб опустошить сразу весь БК основного оружия с ядерного стратега. Проверили, работает. Там автоматика на насосах справилась-таки. Опустошение на 700 тонн за 3 минуты, но лодка держала заданную глубину и прочие параметры локации в 3D. Вот это была репетиция судного дня. В каждой "синеве" могло быть от 4 блоков ИН по 0,5Мт до 10 блоков ИН по 0,1МТ боевой ядреной мощи...
