I bought one of these about 6 months ago. Very happy with it. I have a bigger two handed chainsaw which is no good for cutting thin branches to length for stacking because the branches spin in the saw horse. This one-handed mini chain saw was they perfect solution and I now only get out the big chain saw for branches/logs that are bigger than the blade on this. I find you need to stop and check the chain tension every so often. I opted for 2 x 12v 2ah batteries rather than one 4ah so that I can be charging one while the other is working. Also the 2ah battery is lighter which doesn't do any harm given it's one handed. An excellent buy.
If anyone is interested in these 12v chainsaws and wants to know about chain replacements, here is a picture of the situation because there are several models and there are significant differences between them:
Parkside PGHSA 12 A1 (Grizzly)
Chain pitch 1/4"
Drive link thickness 1.1mm
Number of drive links 32
Chain replacements:
STIHL pico micro 3 1/4"P 1.1mm 32DL or
X-Precision SP11G 1/4" 1.1mm 32 (for P5-P4A Husqvarna Aspire mini saw)
Parkside PGHSA 12 B2 (Grizzly)
Chain pitch 1/4"
Drive link thickness 1.1mm
Number of drive links 28
Chain replacements:
STIHL Picco Micro 3 1/4" 1.1mm 28-links 10cm (for GTA 26 chainsaw)
Parkside PGHSA 12 C2 (Owim)
Chain pitch 0.3"
Drive link thickness 1.1mm
Number of drive links 28
Chain replacements: NONE
Parkside PGHSA 12 C3 (Grizzly)
Chain pitch 0.3"
Drive link thickness 1.1mm
Number of drive links 28
Chain replacements: NONE
In this version, the chain tension has been improved to a more comfortable one.
You can try replacing the guide with a 4" Chinese one (because 5" is extremely rare and only available on Amazon) because there are standard, cheap chains from Ali for these, but I don't know if such a chain will fit on a Parksajda sprocket)
Great. Just the information I was looking for. Many thanks.
Maybe an idea to remove the battery while adjusting the chain!
How long does the 2 amp battery last while using it ?
Hello so i have some problems with the pruning saw.
It doesnt want to start what should i do?
How do you tighten the chain
Looks like it needs sharpening, it should be much quicker and cleaner than that
BRUSΗLESS ΕΙΝΑΙ Ή ΜΕ ΚΑΡΒΟΥΝΑΚΙΑ ΑΝΔΡΕΑ

The battery I was sold doesn’t look like this is not a cylinder it’s a block 😵💫😵💫😵💫
mine too, but same results by the way, so no worries:)
The block one is 4 Ah . cylinder is 2 Ah
