Do you have a normal video on how to disassemble the Jetstream planning to re-paste mine having a hard time disassembling the fans? how many screws did you remove for it to pop off? TIA
I can make a video but not on this exact one. From what I remember that was mainly unscrewing the 4 screws around the GPU main chip, as it is in 80% of the cases. I think I have some other Palit cards on hand :)
hi, i have a similar model, 1080ti jetstream, and i want to know if there is any way to connect the gpu's rgb to the rgb hub controller from the PC case. pls let me know if there's something i can do about it. thank you!
Hi, never came across Palit 1080Ti, the one from vid has no connectors to do so. The only way to control the RGB would be Palit ThunderMaster software from what I know.
@@AllAboutGamesIT Did you try OpenRGB or SignalRGB? These are free and lightwight software "to rule them all", maybe one of them will do the trick for you :)
@@DIYRepairHour tried it now, both of them, neither one see's my graphics card... i'll just leave it like that :) thanks for the help, good luck with the channel, i enjoyed the video!
Hi, this can be anything really. First I would check if there is no shorts on power rails - measure 12V PCIE and 3.3V PCIE pins, and then 12V PCIE power connector(s). You can see how it is done here: th-cam.com/video/wDoAQVPKoOM/w-d-xo.html without even taking 1 screw out. Any questions please ask :)
@@ovymar1924 PEX should be 0.9 - 1V. No PEX - no boot. Try to measure your PEX resistance (measuring from ground to the coil). There may be a short on it.

@@DIYRepairHour Yeah, i got thundermaster, but its awful. I wanted the gpu to be in sync with my other controlled rgb.
