Dude it's an amazing album!!!! But the best deftones songs would be hard for me to pic a favorite. I'm just hoping they come back to SD before they stop playing!!!!
So dope.. But I gotta say seems like Chino stepped down his game a bit.. Normally I thought he would be playing guitar more, woulda been really cool to see him play and sing this song.. but perhaps its too hard. Also I watched a bunch of someones whole video of this show, and he definitely can't seem to scream on this show. Vocals are good but totally lacking his epic screams
From others that saw him just a few years ago...I believe it was even worse then. One friend said he had actually stepped up his game recently compared to a few years ago. But you are still correct, overall. But let's give him a bit of a break. He is 49 yrs old now, and has had a pretty rough existence that many of us wouldn't have even survived, much less still be able to perform at all. Glad I got to see them a few times in the late 90s.
@@Grym0626 Chino surfed across the crowd at 45 degree angle while doing 'Headup' and they extended the song until he stood up on the railing and he finished the song standing about 1 foot from my face. It felt like I was on center-stage.
People can't seem to grasp what standing there holding a phone does to the show...turning the phone onto people will make some of them react to being recorded. Not to mention having some dolt holding their arms up with their screen blocking your own view is real fkn-neat. Tool gets this, and it's why they won't put up with this nonsense. This crowd might not have been the best, anyway...but from another video, there was a 3 minute interruption before this song due to a technical problem and that probably took the air out of the flow, plus this video doesn't show the whole "mello" intro of this song that is well over 1 minute long.
bro whos recording on a nintendo DS
Finally they played this song live. One of my favorites of their whole catalog.
That intro is legendary. The best driving
Yeah! One of my favorites as well. Now I'm just waiting they performing the "Xenon" live.
most underrated fs
Goon Squad should honestly be there intro song to every show they do from here. That intro is the perfect way to welcome Deftones to the crowd
It was played 8th
@@ShooterEx I know …. I’m saying it SHOULD be the intro. At least imo
@@grim_reefer42083 oh, I see
@@ShooterEx good idea or? I think it would be a nice intro to there shows and then whatever the set is lol
@@grim_reefer42083 honestly, I dunno. Most of their songs would work as an intro
This is the song that starts me on the treadmill. The louder it get, the faster I go.
That sounds amazing. Glad to hear someone gets the rise outta this like me
It's always been my go to song before mountain biking. Can't go slow with this in my head.
FINALLY. cant believe they finally played this live. thanks for the upload!
This should be the intro to every set they do.
That needs to be a tradition imo lol. .
Thank you for catching this clip of Deftones history

I don’t have a best song of theirs all of their stuff is so good…but I can say what is my personal favorite album: ATF
No one talking about Phantogram rocking out in the low right side
i cant believe it
Remember remember the 5th of November
*In Waka Flocka’s voice*: SQUAD!!!
Why is the other guitarist playing the riff one octave higher!?!
Sounds about right for chinos part? He’s actually in drop C..
Everytime I see this song title, I think of Lil Wayne 😂

@@ShastaBean oh yes for sure. All this in my perspective too. Nothing lasts forever. He's always been one of the most impressive vocalists in my mind
Dude he’s getting old, nothing lasts forever, I’m just glad to see him do what he can, DEFTONES FOR LIFE 🤘🏾!!!
@@ShastaBeanman you’re legendary if you got to see the 90s Deftones, I’d probably die to see them during their ATF era
