    Great video, the only extra thing I'd maybe have mentioned is that a deadlift bar will not change hip position until you are lifting enough weight to make it bend under load, I'd say at least 200kg+ before any difference is noticed 👍🏼

    Im about a month into my lifting career now, and my first attempts at deadlifting were awful. My own fault, hurt my back on one side, but healed pretty quickly. Having another go tomorrow so hopefully this helps!

    I thought that the barr should be midfoot?
