i’ve only had an apple music free trial, so when i went to buy it the purchase went through and i got an email saying it was being processed but a few minutes later i got an email saying it was cancelled… i’m in a dif country bc i’m on vacation but my best buy account and apple id have addresses in the US
It's likely reading your IP address and seeing you're in a different country. You can try it using a VPN and see if that works.

Yeah they change the promotion sometimes so the amount of free time is longer and shorter at times. Also if you have had a free trial in the past they will give less time on the next trial.

Yes you need to cancel and to cancel you just need to go to settings on your device and then subscriptions and then cancel from there.

No this is not a scam it’s from Best Buy. It’s the biggest electronics store in the US. Are you from outside the US.

Try and sign up I was not a new customer and when I tried it instead of giving me 6 months he gave me 3 months.

You can place the order and get the code from Best Buy's app but you need iTunes to get signed up.

If you are in the app scroll to the bottom of the page and look for redeem if you don't see it use the browser to redeem the code.

I have a question for you about my iTunes music on my old laptop. HP Pavillion 17"..it has to be 10 years old now. All my play lists and music, 1 great audio book, my entire music collection, is in there. Now, I haven't replaced my laptop because I need a 17" screen or larger for visual processing problems and I just don't know what to purchase. And $$ is an issue. I'm ready to upgrade my iPad Air... They do have apple music for Android but you still have to get an iTunes account.
How do you cancel the purchase went is done
If you are on your iPhone or iPad just go to the subscription part of your settings app and cancel it. If you are on a computer cancel from the website.
