Even though I made the video myself, I laughed out loud when I realized it, I copy paste the title boxes then change the song and the band names, didn't know I skipped this.
One of my favorites atm is square hammer by ghost, its a very fun song to play but still is challenging enough to make me feel like im pushing the boundaries of what i can play, specially the solo
This is great. I know very few of these tunes. The "intermediate" riffs I've been working on a By Demons Be Driven, Fall Into The Light (Dream Theater), Trust, And Justice For All. Your list is far more diverse than mine 😅
You played cant stop wrong. If you watch John he plays the single notes as if he was playing a cord while muting the other strings. It gives the song that extra funk sound and when you dont play it that way it really stands out.
Guitar instructor of over 20 years here... Beginner, by definition, means just starting out. Find me a kid in their first couple months who can easily play ANY of these. Now, as far as labeling "Intermediate", this is a typical discussion music instructors have with each other. It's not very helpful because something can be simple, yet tricky to accurately perform (Teen Spirit) and other things can involve a lot of notes but be so slow that it is easy to perform (Iron Man chorus). Either way, unless you have experience teaching you really have no idea what is Intermediate because you lack a substantial sample size. For me, he got close enough. Definitely some borderline easy stuff here but nothing for a beginner, that's for sure.
I feel like the picking techniques like fast picking, the muting and slides is what makes these intermediate. The tabs itself is maybe easy but to get it to really sound like the song you gotta lock in. I don’t think I have the stamina yet for painkiller but I can play the beginning of master of puppets just fine, and laid to rest by lamb of god fine aswell. Definitely not perfect tho. I’d consider myself a beginner entering intermediate.
TBH some of these aren’t really intermediate to me. One I would definitely consider intermediate is probably either Under the Bridge or the outro to Floods. I think Psychosocial and Yellow Ledbetter could be considered intermediate riffs as well.
If you think anything here is “pro level”, then I’ve got bad news for you… no offense, but as an intermediate player this should all be easily attainable. Don’t put that on the creator here.
Seriously? Im so confused? These are beginner riffs not intermediate.. advanced here i come, and im old school plug straight in to head and cab little reverb and jam it out,new generation is all about computer and edit, pro tools, etc so when they do play actually live without anything, just guitar 🎸 and amp THEY ARE LOST
"Intermediate"... sorry i was just hoping there something in there, but of course as a guitarist we know most of those, but they are also mostly beginner riffs.
5:12 Coldplay is sounding heavier than what I remember.
He mislabeled
great diversity here
Absolutely
Sorry for all the complaining and judgmental comments about intermediate versus whatever…thanks for posting
Started almost 2 years ago, so I'm far from pro but if I can play it I guess it's fairly intermediate
Bro this video helped me i was hopeless what to play next on my guitar lol 😂😂😂
Haha, literally what I just thought. 🤘
Nice collection of riffs. I was not expecting Amon Amarth, much less one of their best riffs. Nice job sir!
absolute banger riff, pretty easy too!
"Coldplay In my place" at 5:12 😂
sure, coldplay changed genre ^^
WOOOT!?
Even though I made the video myself, I laughed out loud when I realized it, I copy paste the title boxes then change the song and the band names, didn't know I skipped this.
Crying machine is insane

Gotta love when coldplay does a metal song 5:12

Excelente ❤
Great playing! What string action do you have?
I feel fine is the third riff i learned 💀
Great job
A lot of for beginners and pro level but not so much for intermediate
Advice create a “30 intermediate Part 2”
If you think anything here is “pro level”, then I’ve got bad news for you… no offense, but as an intermediate player this should all be easily attainable. Don’t put that on the creator here.
wild, these are the only songs I know how to play.
I should practice my Alternate picking, but here are 30 riffs
7:20 Rock Market!
520th like mine!

I can play holy diver and silvera already :)
WASTING LOVE MENTIONED!!!!! 🗣️
I can play precisely 1 of these! 😂
Thumbs up for Stevie Wonder and Slayer being on the same list.
I'd argue that Children of the Grave (or, In My Place lol) is a beginner riff.
COME OUT AND PLAY HELL YEAH
Children of the Grave is a begginer
🤘😈
🎸
No Metallica is beyond crazy
So make your own video and do it right. It’s intermediate for somebody.
Bee Gees was cool
Mostly power chords
Abi stayin alive da bateri biraz sırıtmamış mi😂😂😂
cant stop is false. You need to mute every other string when you play
And smash them strings too like there’s no tomorrow. To get that good percussion like sounds. Still decent to learn as an intermediate
Must-Know Intermediate and no metallica)
Oh I wish trust was an intermediate riff xdd
In what world isnt it lol, if anything its an easy one
@@7eqzz867 that's what I meant exactly
@@darthmetalus7469 yeah compared to painkiller right before it it kinda looks like a joke lol
This vid seems familiar
No way Smells Like Teen Spirit is a intermediate riff bruh
yep its a bit strange. its like advanced level or higher
tf slts forgot there
Too easy

"Intermediate"... sorry i was just hoping there something in there, but of course as a guitarist we know most of those, but they are also mostly beginner riffs.

I don't know if there's anything stupider than the "you must know" videos...
Your Painkiller tab is wrong.
