  • Laura (and her lovely furry friend Enzo) came in with some left foot pain (Laura's foot, not Enzo's) which was diagnosed correctly as plantar fasciitis. A painful, often chronic condition that can linger for months.
We worked through the calf, fibula, heel, ankle and foot in order to release tension on the calcaneus, mobilize the midfoot, and resolve trigger points in the calf.
    Thank you for watching.

Oof! I’ve watched a lot of your vids over the years dr russ and they all have such a soothing wholistic therapeutic vibe to them but this one was off the charts good. As a frequent runner and cyclist there’s gotta be some modern term for the viewers ankles and calves viscerally responding to this video .

I think that's the ASMR! I'm so glad you enjoy our videos, we do love demonstrating good in-depth myofascial assessment and release. Thanks so much!

Dr. Russ I find your content very intriguing. I worked in consumer protection for several years and have probably viewed/reviewed thousands of chiropractic marketing materials as part of my job. I've also read many scientific studies purporting to back up claims made in chiropractic marketing. I know people are typically just having fun with ASMR, but my opinion of chrio based off of my previous experience is quite low. Anyways, you seem to be totally different. Not surprising you don't do a lot of the stuff many other ASMR chiros do. I probably would not choose to go to a chiro but I would consider going to you.

Thank you for that lovely feedback. I have quite a few skeptics as patients, folks who see through the aggressive marketing of other chiropractors, yet who want and/or need good bodywork to help with pain, mobility and quality of life. Thank you for taking the time to share your thoughts, I appreciate it greatly.

Great! Are you a bodyworker, or is your interest more casual?

Dr. Russ, I enjoy all of your videos but this one is my favorite by far. Unfortunately, I tore several ligaments in my left ankle years ago and can experience tenderness in the area after rigorous exercise. Thanks for the ASMR and increased knowledge.

Skeptical about buying supplements online after that frontline documentary now. Lot of bad places that people open themselves up to with distribution. Who is your distributor?

Hi! I understand your skepticism. We are affiliated with Fullscript which is highly reputable and reliable and has been around for a long time. I've been working with them, and their predecessor Natural Partners, for about 13 years and my orders are always fulfilled as ordered, on time. The pricing is transparent and the products are high quality.

The medical terminology is overwhelming, takes away from the ASMR

@jayanahoney5981 seriously stop trolling. Ive seen you write a similar comment on one of his videos a few months back. Leave that nonsense for reddit please.
