My question is why didnt the leaders use this opportunity to actually expand 770? Why would they poor cement??? Whether you agree with the way the bochirim did it or not, this would be a good opportunity to get it done once and for all. Putting cement is 10 steps backwards to actually expanding it, which is what Rebbe has been wanting for over 30 years... opinion?
