I make these for my husband. He likes sausage, so I buy the precooked crumbled sausage. I stir the eggs, sausage and cheese in a bowl then ladle it into the cups. He likes when I use cupcake paper cups so it's easier on the go. Yours look delicious. I'll try them!!

Love this! I think I will try this. I will mix my eggs in a bowl first because I’m weird and don’t like that white thing on the yolk 😂. I call it the umbilical cord 🤣. And I buy white store eggs because long ago we got fresh farm eggs and every time I’d fine some red like blood in it and it grossed me out that never again. Even the giant eggs have 2 yolks in it at times. I won’t eat those either lol. Funny how something that bothered me at a young age, stayed with me all my life lol

Like when my kids were young nothing lasted long. When it was pancake breakfast, I would cook a pancake, butter it then eat while I continued to cook the kids.
Steph, this is why I love your channel! You must have ESP. I just made up a batch of these last week and put them in the freezer. I make these all the time and use whatever I have to fill them. Smoked turkey is my favorite. My brother loves them too. Being a caregiver I look for quick and healthy breakfasts all the time! 1 minute in the micro and voila breakfast is served! I also make protein pancake muffins (sometimes sneak in a chicken sausage link) that freeze great.
I know this is not a garden video but!! On The Modern Yeoman homestead he just posted this. Said an old timer told him to plant radishes around his squash plants to ward off squash beetles. Said he tried it and has great success! Just a tip.

I made some, yesterday, with ham, green onions, bell pepper, eggs and cheese….. OMGoodness!!! Made 6, 2 for breakfast and 2 for supper. The other two this morning. I put mine in my silicone muffin cups (for added protection), it made the reheat a breeze. Thanks for sharing.
Can I say thanks to u ! My seed starts are growing amazing and hope to get them in ground two weeks ! We can still have snow in Canada a lot fost so waiting out until above ten degrees at night ! Thank u !

Ÿah I've done that breakfast. Kid's loved Green peppers or bit of hot peppers chopped in them. Onions and cheese. I hardly cook nowadays. Just me. Keep those smells coming. I sure hope my kid's remember those day's. I hope. I'm lost today, don't mind me none.
If they are real eggs from your own chickens- you may want to crack them in a separate cup. In case you have a fertile egg. That would happen when we had chickens.🤠💕

If you used a cupcake liner the silver ones it would have made it easier to take out of the cupcake pan and store them as well as freeze them.
