    Stop overthinking and if possible stop thinking entirely. Just handle things when they arise and when the effort has passed, let go completely. Stop trying to “control” life. Stop doing, start being. Daily meditation helps a lot. We’ve all been programmed to be disturbed - to “follow the rules” -many of which do not even apply to you. Learn to laugh at your petty disturbances. They’re like birds pecking at you. When you realize that youmade up those birds (based on past disturbances like childhood trauma, etc.) they will fly away over time. Notice the folly of your emotional attachments , then do meditation to let go of them. Thoughts:OFF. Being:ON. Life gets much easier and more fun, kinder and simpler with daily meditation to cleanse your mind of all the b.s. and listen to Michael Singer, Allen Watts, Mooji, Eckhart, Tara Brach, Sadguru…make these fabulous sages your spiritual “posse” (including your Higher Power, of course) and life will become a blessing instead of an annoying “problem.”

    He’s so right it hurts - until it doesn’t.
    If you make a sincere effort to relax your physical body when you feel strong emotion (positive or negative) your life transforms.
    I only get glimpses but they are delicious.

    Pain from wherever and whenever is sitting, living, and eating us if we don’t at some point acknowledge it. Just a soft awareness that yes I see and feel you. I totally agree with your experience of Michael’s offerings. Once you embrace and allow yourself to truly meet your pain , you can greet it, get to know it, and then send it on its way. It may revisit still from time to time, but I promise you the visits will become brief and softer. Now all these sparkling energy channels are open highways for your travels. Sometimes the traffic pain or emotional congestion returns but navigating is swift. Occasionally, I just notice that grumpy sad angry elf riding in a sidecar of my motorcycle. He’s much quieter now and we actually enjoy the journey together. Some days I look over and he’s not there at all. ❤

    The world is but an outer reflection of an inner condition. And the condition is and unforgiven mind, which is what creates the ripples of disturbing waves. Be still and know I Am. Return to Silent Stillness. Practice Gratitude and Forgiveness. And the stillness within will reflect as the stillness without. And thus do we see our Holy Reflection and know our Holy Self. Blessings Lu 🤗💗

    I’ve had the most profound healing of my trauma by actively dissolving the dense energy of the pain with an extraordinary technique which is the complete opposite of what Michael saying, not to do anything at all. I don’t think his concept addresses past pain, the kind of trapped pain that triggers in response to external events. I am a living example that the opposite of what he is saying can lead to miraculous healing . But now that I am so much more healed I can totally relate to what he is saying, now that most of my past traumas are cleared from my energy field and very little triggers me, I can do exactly what he is saying super easily.
    I think what he’s kinda saying is if you can see the world outside yourself as if it was a stage a play and you just a character you could just look at it and be like oh look what’s happening out there that’s crazy and see it for what it is instead of taking it personally and experience it as a tragedy, and think that the play you are watching is real and terrible and horrible then you’re gonna have a very crazy ripple effect and it’s going to be uncomfortable and you’re gonna wanna do anything to get rid of that discomfort which is what he’s talking about here and that’s where it gets crazy in your energy field. That Instead of trying to make the discomfort go away when you become aware of it, resisting it burying it inside or unleashing it onto others, don’t do anything at all and just notice it, how it feels where you feel the sensation in your body, say hello to it, and witness how the ripple begins to calm. This way it doesn’t get stored inside your body, just let it be and then it’ll just basically calm on its own, and the ripple will be gone then your lake will be still again

      Two things that have helped me immensely, John Bradshaw's Healing the inner child series. It's 10 episodes on TH-cam. And Gabor Matè EMDR technique. Very good.

      I had similar experience with trauma healing and then when I was ready Michael Singer appeared in my process. Just like.. ‘when the student is ready the teacher appears’. For me, the previous were (not in exact order some simultaneous)… Great Teachings of Edgar Cayce, the power of now, the 8th fold path ( forgot the full title), The Prophet, the 4 agreements, (TH-cam)-Mooji, Sahdguru, Abraham Hicks, A Course in miracles, the crappy childhood fairy (huge help), Alan Watts, Ram Dass, Michael Singer. Hope any of these help anyone who’s seeking. God bless.

      @Sherry1092 I don't really think that's what he's saying in the video. Have you watched the video yourself? He's saying to not cling to the ripples or changes.

    We are human and therefore react. Our brain receives information and responds .Our different personalities and the state of the brain cause different types of reaction. In order to be so detached in order not to
    react one has to remove oneself from society and live “ like a monk “ in special places.

    when you reach your limit of pain that others keep inflicting on you. You can only not react, until you are exausted. I'm exausted, because when you are not a bully you will be put to the test 24/7, by those who are.
    .."in the middle of nowhere's". The more you shine, "The more shadows you cast". My reaction is to show them my limits, but yes I keep atracting the worse in others even when asleep.

    • @pairadeau
      @pairadeau  4 หลายเดือนก่อน

      100 percent agree. but let me ask you this, who gets fired? what you say remains true whether or not you know who you really are. the only invitation is to find out for yourself whether your overall experience with the human drama produces less suffering if you actually did know who you were.

      anything that you're separate from you should be able to lean away from. however, if you're completely identified with a particular form the suggestion will make absolutely no sense. simply try to see if you can find any separation with the forms being spoken of in the first place.
