- We love Michael Singer’s work. As long as he and TH-cam allow us to post these videos, we will.
We do not receive ad revenue from these videos, but TH-cam may.
If you would like to learn more about Michael Singer’s work, here are a few suggestions: - Every Sunday, Monday & Thursday, he releases talks at www.tou.org. - Every Sunday, Monday & Thursday night, he gives a live talk at his Temple of the Universe in Alachua, Florida. Anyone can attend for free.
He’s written several books. They are phenomenal, even the ones written in the seventies. (We will receive a commission if you purchase books through these links.)

If you’re wondering what Mickey’s saying at the beginning and end of each talk, it is:
Jai Guru Dev, Jai Masters. Jai Guru Dev is a traditional Hindu phrase that means Glory to the Great Teacher (the most accurate translation would be glory to the shining remover of darkness), where the great teacher here is generally considered to be the Divine Soul, while we, as human beings, are considered the individuated Soul. Jai Masters means Glory to the Masters, some of whom Singer refers to at times.
Thank you for visiting. Peace, my friend.
Finally. Someone explains in a simple, clear manner the basic process of living in a sane way. A way that keeps you centered and joyful, instead of anxious and fearful and angry.
I’m a convert! Thanks, Michael! ❤❤❤❤
Amazing, thank you so much, with all my love.❤❤❤
Thank you Micky, this is the best! I will start now watching the breath and keep doing it untill I notice that I can remain in the Seat of Self!
Thank you , so Iam conscious of my breath. Daily , i had recently had a knee replacement, my mind is on my daily pain. It’s powerful. So this is good for me to center myself on no pain. ❤
Thank you so much for your continued teachings❤This post on breathing & consciousness is amazing! I thrive on hearing your voice and the various examples/metaphors you provide to make this simple point of letting it all just be!🙏🏽🙏🏽🙏🏽❤️
Thank you so much for uploading all these amazing videos. It transforms my life and yet it seems all so simple. Have a wonderful day❤
Thank you
I love you
It's hard to keep listening to him because I'm trying to focus on my breath now 😅
Another brilliant teaching about breathing to become centeret. Natures own tecnique. And the ongoing play between fear and desire, wich distract the consciousness ❤❤
🙏🏻🙏🏻 Thanks ❤💖
☺️❤️🙏🏼
Well, every time I listen to one of these I think it’s the best one I’ve ever heard…..but seriously, WOW! This one takes the cake! ❤
I do the same thing! haha
You're right. It gets better and better by every talk.. it clearly give a hope of ever new joy he mentions.. these talks demonstrate it can get better every time
Thank you for posting. This talk helps me recenter laying in my hospital bed. Just keep focusing on the body breath, let go, let go, breath ❤️
Clearest description - and most motivating! So helpful… thank you!
Sometimes I see black cockatoos flying past and they take my attention, because I love them, is this okay or is this just desire?
When you are enjoying the beauty of the cockatoo, in the present moment, that is absolutely okay. In fact, at that moment you are in the Seat of Awareness. However, if you think about cockatoos all day, and only go to certain parks because you know there will be cockatoos there, or if you begin to dislike other birds because they are just not as beautiful, then you've moved into desire.
WILLFULLY centered 🙏
Watching every single breath 👀
Is the seat-of-self 😊
Legend my mantra I will handle it. Thanks Micky.
Q

**What is the last word he always say in the end or sometimes in the beginning?**
**Note: English is not my tongue so i couldn't catch it**
