You probably already made a decision on them, but the graphite pencils could be donated to an art teacher. It would allow students that can't buy the items to be anle to use them and learn more about them.
@@JashiiCorrinI'm a former art teacher. I needed pencils the most 2 months before the end of school. They could use all your extra markers, stickers and any blank/unruled books for students to have sketchbooks. Happy donating❤❤❤

I also get a kick out of the image of a bunch of feral elementary school kids going wild with some of my name brand supplies, like Crazy Barbie style.
Pencils can be recycled as long as they are made from real, untreated wood. Just have to remove the eraser and metal bit. I guess graphite is not an issue for recycling companies.

Most welcome! 💜 totally feel you on changes happening to the way we craft and plan; a few items that I got rid of were very much "I must have this" in the moment, and "I really don't need this" now 😝
25:25 Ow! It hurts to see that because I was also hoarding my dried up/used pens for more than 6 months. This is such a good video especially it's December so we can give these things away for people to actually use them. 😁😁
Can you show storage solutions? And how you choose to declutter I have such a hard time. But like the flat packs I would have never thought! Lol I NEED to declutter but I genuinely don’t think I can knowing how much I paid and everything 😊

Hope that helps! great job destashing!!
Hi - did you try the Ohuhu brush pens yet? (I have seen the box on your desk) considering great reviewes of their alcohol markers I ordered a pack but the brush pen is horrible, just wondering what is your opinion?
I've done swatches of them on the channel, yeah 😄 I've liked them so far (they're the water-based markers rather than the alcohol ones) but I've only done the swatches really at this stage.
You probably won’t have much of an issue finding homes for the things that aren’t for you. But just in case you’re struggling with the papers, I’m convinced that there must be people who do card making in your area. I use 6x6 and 12x12 with all kind of patterns all the time. So definitely try groups that have those kinds of crafters (PS yes it hurt a little bit seeing you scribble on those Christmas papers 🤣)

The papers at 22:45 , where did you find those! I’m going for an antique style in my journal/planner next year and it’s hard to find really cool stuff locally here.
Started the vid then decided to declutter along. I am letting go of my acrylographs too. I loved the idea, they're great quality but they were very $$$, had to wait for the paint to dry thoroughly before closing journal and I disliked the nib maintenance which means I don't use them much. My good but going items are going to my teacher friend 😊
Mine mainly stay on my shelves; a combination of displayed ones and ones that are in my office cupboard 🤔 I know my mum keeps hers on her office shelves too, so that’s the only real idea I have 😅 would love to hear about how other people store them though!
My teenager told me yesterday that my bedroom looks like a craft store (she even pointed out the different sections of "bullet journaling," "cardmaking," "Cricut," etc). She was roasting me but I also took it as a compliment :) I am in need of a declutter/reorganizing though... thanks for the inspo!

It was great watching your destash! Decluttering and Getting rid of favourites in stationary is hardest to do. I'm stationary freak. I'd love to know, if you're not selling or giving away, and planning to donate or throw away any of the stationary. Would you like to share it to someone to another country, who could add it to their collection and use them? I am going to start with journaling and seeing your stuffs feels that it could help me.
I am so in awe of your declutter!!! My weakness is stationery, especially pens. Pens can get surprisingly expensive, especially when you enjoy fountain pens and corresponding expensive ink. I would probably have a collection the size of yours if I didn't also have an inexplicable tendency to not having a lot of things. It's very hard to explain. I have a craft shelf and if I can't fit my things on it entirely, they've gotta go. This helps me with my obsessive need for pretties. :D
The way I need to do this with everything I own but especially my office and I don’t want to😂😭 hopefully I’ll have motivation as I watch to start tackling it before the end of the year!
We have a great time 😄 every so often we organise a wider Wellington meet up too for other bullet journal enthusiasts 💪 haven't done one for a while actually 🤔
Hello from Kansas USA, I am trying to figure out the name of the zippered binder thing you are taking stuff out of at 4:13 minutes in..? .. Can someone help thank you
When I declutter I try not to think on how much everything has cost because if I were to keep them but still not use them, the money will be for naught. So if they are to collect dust, better sell/give someone else that can still use them. Now that I think of it... I have to declutter my room too... and my wardrobe...
Yeah I normally try not to dwell on it, but it makes more a more interesting thumbnail 😂 the most expensive washi tape was the hardest to let go of, mainly because it hadn’t been me to purchase it, it was a gift from someone else 💜 but I know that it will be better served with somebody else who will actually use it 👏
Loved your declutter. I did my office about 3months ago. I now have it set up in zones, if I want to add an item to it, I have to remove an item. This is hard as I sew, knit, make cards, and of course bullet journal but I find I am doing more now everything has a home.
This is on top of my to do list as well. A much needed, really thorough declutter. Not one the bla-bla ones I've been known to do once in a while ;) The last one of those I did only resulted in me taking a lot of stuff out of the drawers, so now they reside on my desk. Very helpful. Not. ;)
You did so good! It's so hard for me to declutter hobbies' stuff 😩 Cutting the PET tapes is a great way to reduce the volume, how much time it takes to cut one?
For what it's worth, they sell mystery bundles at a discounted price 💪 www.archerandolive.com/products/individual-pen-mystery-bundle?aff=103 Though those can be Acrylographs ~or~ their other types of pens 🤔
I think it would be a cute idea to fix up the notebooks for gifts try to make it a more reasonable amount and it would also help you use up some stuff. loved your video 😄
Nothing about this seemingly new enthusiasm people have about destashing/decluttering supplies lately brings me any joy… in fact, it makes me panic - HANDS OFF my supplies, they’re alllll mine! 😂 And I definitely don’t want to give them away, I’m selfish! MINE! 😂 (especially when it’s $2700 USD = nearly $4500 NZD! Crikey girl! 😮) P.S… where did you get those little plastic pen drawers? They’re super cute and I’ve been trying to find similar in NZ for years 🤗
Anything Archer & Olive related was sold through facebook.com/groups/127364135891240 💜 The other items were sold or gifted through my country/local crafting and community groups 😊
I'm trying to make room to do a destash right now... so off to moving things around a little to make more room. I'm not sure if you mentioned it, and I didn't see a link for it, but what kind of little drawers did you have the A&O pens stored in originally? They look really cute! I'm at that point right now where I'm taking notes of things that look like they would fit, and then trying to see exactly how much of stuff I have before I can order it for me. :D Ah, a fellow box lover. :P What a good reminder. That you are in the process of destashing, not re organizing. I know I tend to get distracted while cleaning and sorting. Maybe I just need to go through what I have and make piles. Get rid of what I know for sure will leave, and then slowly sort through the maybe piles. Thank you for sharing, and best of luck with prepping for the next year!
I donate to schools and libraries the “weird” pieces that don’t make sense to gift to sell. Art teachers also use bottle caps and other things that would just be trash (if you glue several caps to a cardboard it’s a paint palette). Domestic violence shelters are also great, esp if you have journals. Give these places a call to get an idea of need. I have teacher friends that cut up the used sticker sheets as daily motivation prizes.

Wapi tape holder from miss Karen ADKINS from Warwickshire Coventry UK thanks you
The papers at 22:45 , where did you find those! I’m going for an antique style in my journal/planner next year and it’s hard to find really cool stuff locally here.
Those ones are mainly from JournalSay or Stationery Pal 💪
Started the vid then decided to declutter along. I am letting go of my acrylographs too. I loved the idea, they're great quality but they were very $$$, had to wait for the paint to dry thoroughly before closing journal and I disliked the nib maintenance which means I don't use them much. My good but going items are going to my teacher friend 😊
Yeah it's nice when we can pass those items on to someone who will use them more 💪💜
Do you have any suggestions on storage solutions for completed bullet journals or empty journals that hasn't been used yet?
Mine mainly stay on my shelves; a combination of displayed ones and ones that are in my office cupboard 🤔 I know my mum keeps hers on her office shelves too, so that’s the only real idea I have 😅 would love to hear about how other people store them though!
My teenager told me yesterday that my bedroom looks like a craft store (she even pointed out the different sections of "bullet journaling," "cardmaking," "Cricut," etc). She was roasting me but I also took it as a compliment :) I am in need of a declutter/reorganizing though... thanks for the inspo!
Most welcome! 💜😄
If you got those cute plastic drawers from Amazon would you please post an affiliate link?
Those ones are from Kmart! 😊💜
@@JashiiCorrin oh wow! I don’t even think we have those here. I’ll take it as a “sign” that I need to declutter more first before drooling over cute new containers 🤭
Me seeing J’s culling…. Hold my Dr. Pepper.
Do ittt 😈
@@JashiiCorrin It’s on! Or will be when I move the 4x 80 count marker sets I managed to order from Temu and the unopened boxes from Notebook Therapy blocking my access the other unopened boxes of things I forgot I ordered.
I like all the stickers and the paper and wapi tape and pen and stamp thanks you miss Karen ADKINS from Warwickshire Coventry UK
I could hear Vogel in the background. I miss seeing him.
He'll be around with some of the other Vlogmas videos 😛💜
Loved this video! Thanks for the inspiration to go through my stuff!
Most welcome! 😄 glad you liked it!
That’s a helpful way to do it 💪
The way I need to do this with everything I own but especially my office and I don’t want to😂😭 hopefully I’ll have motivation as I watch to start tackling it before the end of the year!
🤞 I’m slowly doing it over my entire house 😝 always love to end the year with declutterring 💪
I wish I lived closer and was in your bujo group! It would be so much fun!
We have a great time 😄 every so often we organise a wider Wellington meet up too for other bullet journal enthusiasts 💪 haven't done one for a while actually 🤔
Way to go looks great! Maybe you could do a givaway in the donations pile , I d love to participate if you do
Sadly I’ve already donated all the goods now 💜 made some local families very happy, haha
Hello from Kansas USA, I am trying to figure out the name of the zippered binder thing you are taking stuff out of at 4:13 minutes in..? .. Can someone help thank you
I am a box hoarder too. I love stickers though. Did you sell those calliographs?
Nah those ones all got kept; I’m much more of a fan of water based brush markers 😝
I’ve also been trying to purge sticker books that I don’t use & it’s so painful to get rid of them considering how much money I spent on them.
It’s certainly rough 💜 worth it for the drawer space that I have reclaimed 😝 but still one of the painful ones 😅
I need to cut up my pe tape washi as well. That's a great idea :) I love watching decluttering videos, even if I'm not so keen on doing it myself.
The PET tape cutting project is going to be a loooong one 😂 but I think it’ll be worth it in the end
@@JashiiCorrin could do it as a live stream, I know I'd watch it.
My biggest problem when I declutter, I re-buy the same stuff all over again!
I have had that happen a couple of times, but only for a few items usually 😝💜
When I declutter I try not to think on how much everything has cost because if I were to keep them but still not use them, the money will be for naught. So if they are to collect dust, better sell/give someone else that can still use them.
Now that I think of it... I have to declutter my room too... and my wardrobe...
Yeah I normally try not to dwell on it, but it makes more a more interesting thumbnail 😂 the most expensive washi tape was the hardest to let go of, mainly because it hadn’t been me to purchase it, it was a gift from someone else 💜 but I know that it will be better served with somebody else who will actually use it 👏
@@JashiiCorrin definitely, an interesting video too 🤭
i have a friend who's a teacher and i give her all my extra pencils for her school.
Loved your declutter. I did my office about 3months ago. I now have it set up in zones, if I want to add an item to it, I have to remove an item. This is hard as I sew, knit, make cards, and of course bullet journal but I find I am doing more now everything has a home.
That's what I was thinking! If everything has a home, and I know where to find it, they'll actually get used 💪💜
This is on top of my to do list as well. A much needed, really thorough declutter. Not one the bla-bla ones I've been known to do once in a while ;) The last one of those I did only resulted in me taking a lot of stuff out of the drawers, so now they reside on my desk. Very helpful. Not. ;)
Totally know that feeling 😂 this one was a very intentional week of focussed effort 👏 worth it though 💪
That little jar seems perfect for water. Why don't you like it?
exited to stock my acryologrpahs from you literally please
Those ones are all sold now sorry! 💜
I have a crafting thrift store nearby so that's an easy one-stop donation for when I actually get myself together to do a declutter.
Oh nice! I don't think we have any around here 😅 that'd be cool as heck 👏
20:50 was that a tube of hand moisturizer ?
Haha 😂 yup, I like to have one near by 😝
You did so good! It's so hard for me to declutter hobbies' stuff 😩 Cutting the PET tapes is a great way to reduce the volume, how much time it takes to cut one?
I did try to start that project….one tape took over 18 minutes 😂 so that’s very much become a future me problem 😝
@@JashiiCorrin thank you for answering! I'm waiting for a couple of them... now I know that it's for the best to don't let them to accumulate 😅
Wow!! The scary part is I probably could hold my own with you on the need to declutter. Good job!!
Thanks Carolyn! 😄💜 it’s a worthwhile venture if you’ve got the time for it 💪 my office feels lighter 😝
In the US pencils, stickers etc can be given to schools
Nice 💪 I’m not sure if they do the same around here 🤔 at least not in a formally organised sense
I’m brand new to BJ. I would be glad to take anything off your hands. I’ll would be 😊willing to pay the postage. Let me know. Thank you
Hey Lynda! This was was from the start of December, so all gone now, but we occasionally have giveaways on the channel so keep and eye out for that 👌
I'll be happy to be a recipient to any unused
4:04 are those the Kmart bathroom stackable drawers? I have them.. I just never though of using them for stationery
Yup! 😄💜 you can stack two small ones across on the medium one 💪
Loved it. Glad I'm finally able to catch up on your decluttering videos.
i would love a set of acrylopgraphs!
For what it's worth, they sell mystery bundles at a discounted price 💪 www.archerandolive.com/products/individual-pen-mystery-bundle?aff=103
Though those can be Acrylographs ~or~ their other types of pens 🤔
yeeeeeeeeeeees girl, lets declutter together!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!1
Heck yeah! 🥳💪
I think it would be a cute idea to fix up the notebooks for gifts try to make it a more reasonable amount and it would also help you use up some stuff. loved your video 😄
Omg, I love the fvck it bucket idea, especially the name🤭😂
Haha glad you liked that one 😝💜
very well done video :)
Thanks! 😄💜
P.S… where did you get those little plastic pen drawers? They’re super cute and I’ve been trying to find similar in NZ for years 🤗
Haha 😂 you do you! I got those from KMart 💜
Really KMart? Dang, I gotta get out more lol
I know, I just panic when I look around my craft room and think of other people touching MY pretties! 😂
My rolls don't fit-- I can relate to that in 2 ways 😂
😂 literally what I was thinking when I said that, lol
please do an organizing video too!
I’ll add it to my list! 💜
Where did you sell your things? Can you sent me the link?
Anything Archer & Olive related was sold through facebook.com/groups/127364135891240 💜
The other items were sold or gifted through my country/local crafting and community groups 😊
Ah, a fellow box lover.
Glad you enjoyed the video! Those drawers are from KMart 😊 www.kmart.co.nz/product/modular-drawer-organiser-small-43024216/ 💜
Yeah I had quite a few stickers that I would have previously taken to school to give out to students 😝💜 Good ideas for places to donate! 💪
This video is my SIGN! I want to have a better system for decluttering my stationery. When it comes to everything else in my house, I can easily decide to keep for get rid of but stationery feels impossible. And starting with acrylographs, the bain of my stationery organization existence! It does feel bad to let things go but it's so necessary sometimes
Yeah, some items I feel really good about letting go of, while others are super hard 😝 Now as they're gone though, it's a net-positive 💪
Next time donate to me! 😊
Girl, you are a stronger woman than I... I shudder to think what I have and am dreading going through my stationary! lol Thanks for being an inspiration, cause I guess I need to get started and get on your level! XD
It's one of those painful-but-worth-it situations 😝 would recommend! 💪💜
Oh god, I would love to be your friend 😂😂🥹
Haha 😂 I hope they enjoy their lil hauls 💜
I wish I could steal all your stickers😂
Haha fair 😝 sadly they've all been rehomed now 💜
