Well, no, the ratings reflect most people's opinions. If people don't like it then they don't like it, that doesn't mean they're acting like critics. If it bothers you so much leave a review of your own to raise the score.
Sony made the mistake of thinking that 71% for Morbius was legit love for the movie, so they put it back in theaters. That rating is for “so bad that it’s good”, so no one went to see it a second time 😂
@@fatalposiie well, I watched those movies for the first time in 2024.Heck, the first time I ever watched an english movie was in 2023. The actings were pretty below average, and the VFX is very outdated. But other than that, those movies were very entertaining. The characters were memorable, jokes were actually funny, the villains were intriguing and overall, the execution is unique and legendary.
@@aFellowCinephile They're only legendary because of what's come after it. There's so much to compare it to that makes those movies seem better than they really are. You have a right to your opinion, but so do the people who dislike them who can also give valid points. I respect that you like the movies, though. Spider-Man 2 is in my top 3 favorite Spider-Man movies.
My problem with critics is that they're not doing it because it's their opinion. They're being paid to say this s*** and I say that because there's some really good bangers that I like that a lot of people like as well that I've seen like rotten tomatoes give like a 30% for I know the rotten tomatoes. In particular, they're based on how many of those people gave it a positive review, but it's just really f****** stupid. One of those movies that I can say right off the bat is brother Bear. They gave it. They gave it a 37 and 131 people watched it. And gave her that review percentage and that shocked me because I would say the movie is higher than that. I'm not the only one who thinks that I'm pretty sure brother Bear is known as beloved classic or maybe I'm naive but all I know is I think the movie's great. I don't really see why it got such a low rating and I don't think it deserved it
Have to be honest the tom films are some of the most over rated spiderman films. The only decent one was home coming and while no way home was a fun watch it was pretty mid as a movie itself. I know this is somewhat of a hot take but i just think the tom movies are missing what the others have. The tom movies just feel like og mcu movies which were good but very formulaic aside from the few stellar entries. I get why tobey is kind of somewhat of the legend yet somewhat of the laughing stock of the 3. there were some cringe worthy moments but as whole films i dont think the other 2 even come close and that trilogy to me feels much more deep and nuanced while still keeping the essentials of what makes spiderman spiderman
Spider-Man 2 Spider-Man Spider-Man Into the Spider-Verse Spider-Man Across the Spider-Verse The Amazing Spider-Man Spider-Man No Way Home The Amazing Spider-Man 2 Spider-Man 3 Spider-Man Homecoming Spider-Man Far From Home Venom Venom the Last Dance Morbius Venom Let There be a Carnage Madame Web
Personally I don't think Far from Home is nearly as good as both critics and audiences make it out to be. It's filled with plain dumb script choices. The visual effects are great, but the script is what causes it to stumble on its own glory.
Absolutely agree. I'm not a fan of Tom Holland's Spiderman movies, but Homecoming was good. The others aren't nearly as good despite being fun on first watch
They have failures, but they're subjective (the character redesigns is one of them). Visually they're stunning, won't deny that, and the story is very good, very well-written.

I laughed at this one
Im pretty sure %90 of the audience reviews are "morbin time" and "movie of all time"
Most of those scores from the audience for morbius were memeing
It’s crazy after all of this time, the memes have still kept it with a solid rating
Audiences too, they act like critics despite the movie being good
That's a good point.

The audience is right about 90% of these Spider-Man movies
90% of the time the critics dislike what the audience likes, or they like whatever the audience dislikes…
Exactly !

Those audience scores didn't age very well.
You're making no sense. Of course they did
They did?
Im surprised the last dance has a better rating than the other 2 movies despite being the worst one

That movie was damn good!
@MrA-w9d worst one as in the worst of the three

Every Spider-Man actor was amazing...

That Morbius audience score had to be from the memeing, no way anyone actually likes that film
Now add Kraven the Hunter
I like this, No Way Home Is THE GOAT!!!
Subjectly.
Just because it's fun to watch it doesn't make it a good movie
Can we just mention how madame web is so bad it’s genuinely entertaining😂
idk about the audience "liking" morbius, aside from the memes 😂

Morbius have a higher user score than SM1.
Proof that RT isn’t reliable even for the user scores
