Deadpool and Wolverine was one of the most underwhelming film experiences I've ever had. It was cliche, unfunny, forgettable claptrap filled with cameos that generated crickets. Gambit was a decent enough surprise as was Henry Cavill but the rest of the cameos were 👎👎👎. Eternals on the other is an underrated, visually stunning film with great characters and a story that was a surprising and ethereal delight. It's more somber tone was a welcome change of pace from the non-stop jokey atmosphere of the MCU and it's grandiosity and sense of scale was a magnificent sight to behold. One of the only films post Endgame that I have truly enjoyed from start to finish.
