- 🚨 *Unbelievable Experience with Selma Police!* 🚨
Today in Selma, North Carolina, I was pulled over by two officers from the Selma Police Department, Corporal Atkinson and Officer Hein. From the moment they approached my car, they were extremely rude. I started filming to document the encounter, but they quickly demanded I exit the vehicle. One officer even began pulling me out!
Things escalated further when Corporal Atkinson deleted the video I had recorded of the incident. This is a serious violation of my rights!

There is no such thing as a private office in a public building. A public office can only have a restricted area or a staff office. A private office would be owned by a private person. The only exception would be if a public body rented/leased out an area to a private organization. Then only that particular space would be considered private for the duration of the rental/lease agreement.

The description for the video tells you that. The officer took the phone at the end and deleted the video. There should be an investigation about that.
@@charliemccarthy5854 on iPhones once you delete a file, it goes to a deleted file folder that deleted file folder Is password protected.The officer could not get into that file because he didn’t know password.

@@CAOskate1 I recovered video from recently deleted file folder, recently deleted file folder is password-protected. The office stopped recording while he was searching the vehicle and attempted delete the video.

What ya do is go live on a source that's aware who also records the activity of the live feed.
Both our vehicles have camera(s). Live capable with the push of 1 button that also goes straight to storage email which is also password safe. Wish they would. Everything they say AND EVERYTHING THEY DO WILL BE USED AGAINST THEM. They've harassed my Daughter over lights but they let her go because they pulled her over because she's a good looking girl. The video tells me quite a few things. You were pulled over for a equipment failure, the licence plate lights. Once the officers smelled the marijuana they had the right to search your car as do officers all over America. It is normal for them to ask you to step out of the car to do this and to search you. The video also shows your non compliance and belligerence. Officers may get an attitude from people being non compliant and belligerent, especially when they are informed what they can and can't do. I think they know more about their job than the average arm chair specialist. As for them deleting the video........I will have to take your word for that for I did not see it on the video.

Thankfully my trash folder was password protected. His partner agreed that if he deleted the video, that’s unbecoming of a policeman. I hope I’ve answered your question😎✊🏿
