It's literally a workout adding the difficulty of all the techniques involved. This demands intense years of training and preparation. Benjamin makes it looks easy when THIS is almost the peak of many musicians in the business.
About the music. Oh of course. It is so soothing and gentle to the ear. It's creepy how contradictory is the violent execution required and the harmonious sound that it produces. It's pleasant and reminds me a lot of jazz influences in it. Outstanding jamming as usual from the teacher.
