Plus, when a phone cost more than a thousand dollars and doesn't come with the basics, we have a problem. Every year the prices get jacked up and the features lessen. There are other ways to help the environment... this is just straight up bullshit and greed.
@Raygen Mackenzie People take issue with that reason because it's BS. You have to order a charger separately if you don't have the new apple usbc fast charger. Which comes in it's own separate package with extra plastic and paper. Was a way for them to ship more phones for less by making the box small and charging people extra for what they need. Don't let that logo blind you forever.

@Why You Want Me To Suffer the phones at this point are literally a pocket computer lol. They even have a desktop mode (dex ) when docked . If you wouldn’t but a laptop with a small ssd (local storage) with no expansion bay or slots then you can’t talk against having a micro sd slot in a smart phone . Blazing fast and reliable internet is not available in every single location and even still sometimes local storage is still faster . We get your point but expandable storage still has its place. UNTIL the internet covers the entire planet and its 100% percent fail-proof then local and expandable storage is still needed.

Imo for any price you should get the charger. I can make my peace with no earphones since they are not essential, phone can work without them, but no without charger. I normally sell or give away my previous phones with their chargers so I rarely have extra ones.
