I live in Cape Coral Florida. 2.5 hours away from Jorge and All American Cycle. I have a 2023 FLHX with the 107 stage one but really want a great cam and tune I’ll be calling him soon. Love all your content and your bike is super sick!

You are exactly right about who is tuning your bike:: I have a 2023 Street glide with a 107 stage 2 and I am making 123 HP and 132 torque with a woods 22xe cam jackpot exhaust 2 in 1 and a s&s throttle body

The thing that I see about the bikes from this shop is that they are fast and make a lot of power, but how reliable are these bikes. If these bikes need a trailer every where they go the power is useless. Race these bike like sick week and we will see the truth about them. Or let's take these bikes on a iron butt ride and see what happens. If they survive then these will be a great build, if not 40,000 trailer queens. There are many people to make fast bikes, there are very few that can build a fast bike that can be ridden everywhere they go.
When are these bikes going to a drag race that is sanctioned. Street racing is for the novice, and so much bullshit. I have seen the videos. Jorge is a good assembler but what parts has he developed. He is not in the league of fueling ,cycle Rama, Greg Dowel, Bob Wood, T no-man, zippers.

Nice build and great sound. I have a thunderheader on my 17 RGS. Why did you not upgrade the bottom end? Just curious bc I'm thinking about doing a similar build and debating whether I should spend the $. Thanks.

I have a 2020 street glide with just a stage 1. I wanna upgrade just not sure what to go with and where to go. I’m in Michigan as well. Trying to find something closer but maybe I’ll look into this.

Any engine will run better at cooler temps. It maximizes volumetric efficiency. More fuel/air mixture can fit inside the detonation chamber creating a larger detonation !!

I so agree with you Anthony, the pipe gets the job done but the aesthetics are not there... Not a fan of Thunder header either. But the HP is there... I have 550 cams on mines as well, love them. Amazing video, cheers from AZ. You should come for AZ Bike week. I will show you around.

‘14 103 fat boy with a 255 cam built by Docs in Wisconsin… Had the external oil cooler added. Runs like a dream in the summer and I can rat ride Denver/foothills and do 90 to sturgis. Get the added oil cooler!!!!!
M8 cranks will hold up. But it's based on how aggressive the rider is. The weak links are 3rd gear and stock compensator. Drive it like you own it.

No, I did not get the heads from FM. FM is a great company to work with - I work with them daily. Yes, I am going back down to Jorge before Daytona for a re-tune.

If your bike makes more than stock horse power and you ride all over the country you need external oil coolers on your machine. It's not about where you live, but where you get stuck in traffic. You could live in North Lower Canada Nowhere and get get stuck in traffic in Middle Deserton or South West Norwheresville and COOK your motor b/c you got stuck in traffic.

You don’t like that thunder headed cause of the way it wraps around, that’s why it makes the power, it’s a true 2-1 The bassani 2-1 on my bike has that same bend and many other true 2-1 have that bend

U went to jorge because u got gapped by Mac when u had almost a whole bikes length head start at the beginning of the race, and he still gapped u with similar builds. So u went to his mechanic.
No, I have my own mechanic. I went to Jorge to have my bike tuned on e85 because nobody else near me wanted to tune my bike if they didn't build the motor. All American Cycle is a business that anyone can go to. It's not Mac's personal builder / tuner. Its a public shop. #factcheck

170 wheel on a 130CI bike? It was on a happy Dyno. Realistically, it makes about 150
I remembered in the video u thought your pipe was the reason then u switched to that thunder hesder did it make more then your pipe. Then the heads came off.

@@paulrebis3439 That is a good pipe - my pipe didn't have the stepped header. It was their first revision of that pipe from back in 2018..
You just going to wait until you snap that belt before moving to a chain? I mean with those numbers and you don't ride like a slouch, aren't you a little concerned that belt won't hold up?

There are plenty of replacements for displacement. 1000CC sports bikes make more power than this, stock.

I'm curios did you guys do a CCP before you took it down to Jorge? Coodoos to Jorge for getting you the #'s you wanted 170. but you can't knock any1 else that would have tuned it, you built it. 170-180hp isn't bolt on anymore. Most shops don't work the way Jorge did it. Send you home and you would have to figure it out. You would havea came home did a ccp test, realized its low, called the machine shop and say hey wtf, pull your heads off and send them back.
You guys are building enough motors there, you should be CCing your own heads before assembly? Do you think if you would have CC'd the heads caught the machine shops mistake?
I bought heads that were supposed to be milled to spec to make 12:1 compression - I bought a big bore kit from a well known company with the proper gaskets to make 12:1 compression. We ran a Comp. test before going down to FL and it pumped but we didn't know what it should pump for 12:1 comp. After Jorge looked at the heads - he realized that they weren't milled to the spec I ordered. Owner of the company admitted that they weren't milled enough to make the compression ratio I wanted.
@@DOOWORKPRODUCTIONS I understand what your saying......when jorge assembles a motor, you think he looks at the shiny ports and just bolts the heads on, or does he check the machine shops work? CC the chambers? A .010 thinner head gasket can change compression ratio a 1/2 a point.
and i'm not trying to bust your ballz or defend the machine shop......this is the difference from DIY or taking it to some1 that spatializes building motors.
Most shops will set the deck height also. your stock deck height was sure to be .010-.020 low in the cylinder than if it was done correctly and that would have bumped comp.
With all that horsepower wouldn't be better to have a chain drive?

I watched OM video this morning what a whiny crybaby who is petrified to race you with his RG. What makes it way out of your league. I know a lot of people who race, drag, oval, motorcycle, bicycle and non of them would keep it a secret what’s under the hood or numbers.

I just saw Mac's video about not racing you in Daytona. Dude, that's some wired logic that he's trying to articulate about not racing you. At the end of day both of you guys had your bikes built by someone else, so it should be all in fun. Also, his explanation about not racing his Road Glide is illogical....

Its wierd and kinda shady that u went to his back yard and used his guy to build youre bike and youre crews bikes!!! In racing u have youre team and thats weaties performance is it not?? You dont go to your oppents mechanic and infiltrate there team get your shit built from them. They are racers and they do this for a living for building and racing thats my opinion and i know tons of racers and crews they dont do that!!! Not shady at all lol Wheaties Performance is my engine builder. We don't have a dyno to tune bikes. I needed my bike tuned on e85 so I called All American Cycle (a shop open to the public) and talked to Jorge. He said he can tune my bike no problem, so I made the drive to FL to get it tuned. This was a TH-cam rivalry with no money on the line. Its not that serious lmao I'm part of a professional drag racing team and let me just inform you that 1 tuner tunes multiple cars in the same class. This isn't about my shop vs his shop, it was supposed to be TH-camr vs TH-camr to claim the title "Fastest Harley TH-camr".

It's not like Jorge is Macs backyard mechanic that took me in under his wing lol I simply had Jorge tune my bike on e85 because I couldn't find a reliable source up here. Period.
