"It wasn't amazing, but it was something." I've never felt a line so MUCH; deep to the marrow. It is important to start a task or assignment and just do it, even if it may not turn out the best that first time. I think you are quite good at building that momentum. As someone who loves to write as well, I have to remind myself it's better to create something than to sit around and worry over perfection.
You are Hermione Granger in the flesh literally. You sound like her, are smart like her, and you love reading and taking walks. The resemblance is so uncanny. I'm glad I found your channel.
I started watching you when I was in 7th grade, I am now in my first month on university. You motivate me to get organized and get work done Thank you!
Oh, the V-neck sweater at the opening reminds me of one I used to have! I am old enough to be Ruby's mother, so it just amazes me how fashions come back around.
Old coffee grinds are great for your garden! You should use them to help your plants grow! I was so glad to see another video from you! Have a great week! See you next video. Can wait for your school vlogs!
I’ve just started my degree online with the open university because I’m a 29 year old mum who can’t go to uni! Your videos are so helpful and motivating and I resonate with a lot of your tips, for example I love writing mini essays and was doing this on all kinds of subjects before I even started my degree! I like to get my housework done in the morning, go for a walk, shower and then eat lunch before I study. My favourite recipe is a tofu stir fry, here’s the recipe if you want to try it! It’s great 👌 Cut savoy cabbage and cauliflower into bite sized chunks, heat a pan with a tablespoon of sesame seed oil, and then make a sauce from sesame seed oil (2 tablespoons) soy sauce (2 tablespoons spoons) and teriyaki (1 tablespoon) in a cup. Add chopped spring onions into the cup, and some minced garlic and chilli flakes. Add the cauliflower and cabbage to the pan, cover in the sauce, add a lid on top (so it’s sitting in the pan covering the veg) and leave to cook on medium heat for ten mins. Lift the lid, stir, add cubes tofu and any extra veg (I often add edamame or some frozen stir fry mix) stir again and put the lid back on for another ten mins. When done, put into a bowl and drizzle some tahini watered down with water on top. This is key! If you decide to try it, I hope you enjoy!
Another lovely video as always! About the coffee grounds, I know they make an excellent natural compost! The used ones work they best and have a lot of nutrients that help the plants grow. :)
Hey Ruby ! I hope you’re well. Usually I follow people who are somewhat similar to me. I work in fashion in a big city (Paris), I’m an extrovert through and through and we have completely different aesthetics. Nevertheless, I find your lifestyle very intriguing and passionating. Even though we have almost nothing in common, you really convey your passion about filming your everyday life through your videos, which are personal, kind and soothing to watch. I have subscribed a few months ago and watch all of your videos now. Just wanted to share :) good luck with everything !! Take care (We do share the same love for reading and writing tho!!! ;))
Hi Ruby, I want to thank you so much. I really appreciate you for being the way you are and not letting any other person change you. And at the same time you respect everyone who is different from you. I find it difficult being introverted and shy. I know what I want but it is just that when I see others having more friends and partying, I feel what if I also wanted that. But I don't actually want it. It is just the FOMO. And here YOU come to the picture. I've been loving you since I first subscribed to your channel and I've never stopped following you. Thank you so much for being so unapologetically yourself. You seem so happy even when you are with your extroverted friends. And I love that. You must be sad as well sometimes but I hope you're mostly this way. You are my happy place whenever I feel low. Thank you Ruby.
You make me feel so motivated to research and study my current religious studies. As always...thank you for taking the time to make your wonderful vlogs🤗🤗
I'm currently in Germany and it was still like 30 degrees last week. It's only just started to get a bit colder, although some days will still be around 24 degrees next week. But your videos make me feel like it's very autumnal and I can't wait to enjoy autumn when I'm back in the UK soon! 🍂
I love the fact how calm and chill she's, like I wakeup with that tomato red face for literally no reason and end my day the same way...my novel that I started writing is still in draft from years long. She's such a motivation!
I'm glad I am not the only one! I am endlessly fascinated by it, even though it's been in so many videos. I'm always wondering if this is standard (or at least common) in UK homes, or if it was built especially for that house. I have never seen such a thing in any house or apartment in America. I love their house and garden area so much. It's a perfect blend of homey/rustic and modern.
I'm glad you will be vlogging your master's degree because I might do one in a few years myself, and I think your videos are inspiring and motivating, and I learn a lot from them. Thank you for sharing your experiences and thoughts with us. :)
I love your videos, for they are aesthetically pleasing and mentally motivating. I am sure you will get what you desire because of your goodwill, hardwork and patience. Best wishes ✨

Thanks Ruby, looking forward to watching your videos when i go back to uni next week, your study vlogs and study with me videos really help to make me motivated to study. 😊

Thanks for the reply. So that's all you do? Very lucky. I guess if you have parents that are together / can support each other it's different. I'm living with a single parent who struggles financially and day-to-day, so find I'm cooking, cleaning, financially supporting - having to help out 24/7, meaning I'll get maybe 1 hour a day to do anything I need to, let alone relax. @@RubyGranger8

Hi Ruby! I'm so excited for you and your progress in your journey as an author! I was hoping you could tell me how you went about looking for a book/writing agent, as well as an editor. I love writing too and have about four books now I would really like to give to an editor to work on and hopefully get an agent too to one get them published :) . But I have no idea where to start looking for them, and especially ones I would trust with my work and hopefully would understand the style of writing I'm going for.
