I have just finished the final draft of that book, as you can see in this video. I've never felt a line so MUCH; deep to the marrow. It is important to start a task or assignment and just do it, even if it may not turn out the best that first time. I think you are quite good at building that momentum. As someone who loves to write as well, I have to remind myself it's better to create something than to sit around and worry over perfection.

I'm currently in Germany and it was still like 30 degrees last week. It's only just started to get a bit colder, although some days will still be around 24 degrees next week. But your videos make me feel like it's very autumnal and I can't wait to enjoy autumn when I'm back in the UK soon! 🍂
I’ve just started my degree online with the open university because I’m a 29 year old mum who can’t go to uni! Your videos are so helpful and motivating and I resonate with a lot of your tips, for example I love writing mini essays and was doing this on all kinds of subjects before I even started my degree! I like to get my housework done in the morning, go for a walk, shower and then eat lunch before I study. My favourite recipe is a tofu stir fry, here’s the recipe if you want to try it! It’s great 👌
Cut savoy cabbage and cauliflower into bite sized chunks, heat a pan with a tablespoon of sesame seed oil, and then make a sauce from sesame seed oil (2 tablespoons) soy sauce (2 tablespoons spoons) and teriyaki (1 tablespoon) in a cup. Add chopped spring onions into the cup, and some minced garlic and chilli flakes. Add the cauliflower and cabbage to the pan, cover in the sauce, add a lid on top (so it’s sitting in the pan covering the veg) and leave to cook on medium heat for ten mins. Lift the lid, stir, add cubes tofu and any extra veg (I often add edamame or some frozen stir fry mix) stir again and put the lid back on for another ten mins. When done, put into a bowl and drizzle some tahini watered down with water on top. This is key! If you decide to try it, I hope you enjoy!

I'm glad I am not the only one! I am endlessly fascinated by it, even though it's been in so many videos. I'm always wondering if this is standard (or at least common) in UK homes, or if it was built especially for that house. I have never seen such a thing in any house or apartment in America. I love their house and garden area so much. It's a perfect blend of homey/rustic and modern.

Also there are some excellent ways to recycle old coffee grounds, you can make your own exfoliator AND grow mushrooms in it. They’re also an excellent deodorizer for stinky shoes etc.

When you say you're procrastinating, do you really want to be studying and find that you can't so you get easily distracted?
Follow a roadmap that works for you. Note down the exact topics you want to cover, assign a (realistic) fixed time to it, start slow. Try Pomodoro if 30 minutes is what you consider your attention span to be rn. If nothing works.. Dress Up ! Fake it till you make it. 💜
Edit : Give an hour to planning before you start the day if need be. Visualise yourself going through the day so vehemently and the only thing left will be to go through the motions (in a positive way of course).
