Diesel has doubled in price. Assuming you pass that cost on to the customer, your prices would have to increase, therefore increasing your gross, while your net would stay flat
Glad to see you are doing so well Alex !! You have really persevered. Still doing 2 loads a week, gone from the house 50 to 60 hours and still taking in about $5K a week. Plenty for a semi-retired, no pun intended, old guy!! Lol Keep up the great work and stay safe my brother. ✌️
I'm an old fart who is been watching your channel since early on. Your enthusiasm and spirit got my attention early on and unbelievably you have maintained both. Just remember your family.
Great to see you business growing and going well. Nice that you support your drivers wanting to move forward. Thank you for sharing and have a great day.

What you left off was , fuel cost for that month, payroll for that month, truck lease payments, trailer payments, maintenance for both truck and trailers, payroll, taxes, insurance for the equipment, health for you and your driver's, the earnings seem good but what was your profit for the business in the end and is it something you recommend!!!
Heck yeah Alex! Congrats! I hope you'll give an update on your Weatherford property soon. Also, congrats on the new (reasonably) new baby. Baby, office move, Weatherford property, running the company ... crazy!
I can appreciate the Gross numbers however it means nothing if your net is low. I can gross $100mill and net $5. With fuel prices being so high I can guess the net is low.
Congratulations Alex! Been following you for a while and learned a lot from you. I would love to be apart of your growth. With your help I’m an owner operator now with my own authority. You looking to lease on anyone?
You're on your way to mega fleet status! I'm keeping my fingers crossed because I found a semi I will be bidding on Saturday. And if that doesn't work out, the next truck up for bid is a F450 I know I can get. Either way, I'm looking at taking CDL loads soon!
@@vince5506 The bank couldn't find the title, so the semi was pulled from the auction. I did buy the F450 so I will be busy finishing my 7.3 rebuild project and converting the truck from the V10 gasser with a 5 speed to the 7.3 powerstroke with a ZF6 transmission. Planning on adding a 48 or maybe even a 60" sleeper to it as well.
I know that you got out of the business, but I want to ask you a question. How much were you able to net out of the business when you made the million dollar year? If you stepped out of the business hopefully you can shed light on the millionaire msg from an honest perspective so people can see the reality of the bank account and life benefits of the business and the amount of work that it takes to achieve it.Thank you.

This is information the insurance companies might have, or can find out. But I find it suspicious that they doubled your insurance days after this video posted : o

True. But how much you make (gross) is important, too. Looks good to banks for future funding.

What's the income per mile? If I take a load from Ft. Worth to Seattle the price per load is high but the price for mile is unually low.
Should look at the dimond C hot shot trailers I believe most payload capacity in the 40ft hot shot trailers market.
So…how many of those trucks are CDL drivers and how many are semis?
1 semi, 1 cdl hotshot, the rest non cdl hotshot
How much did you keep though? Real question not trying to hate?
You're a *big shot* now... :-)
Ok im new to all this but how many trucks did it take to actually make a million in one year bro????

Triple check _ALL_ of the welds, the axle alignment, be prepared to go ahead replace the bearings, brakes, and tires.
Is every driver strictly working off load boards or do you have some dedicated routes?
Must have dedicated.
Last month, 10% was direct customer from social media. I had several brokers always calling me back to haul loads. I would say 80% was load board
Hey how can I that many trucks under my insurance
Add them to your policy
