This is a completely different picture of Africa often portrayed on western medias. At least in Germany, whenever people here think of Africa, they automatically think of poverty, chaos and violence. There are ads banners on the street calling for help for Africa. We all know Africa is developing fast; it has good and bad sides, but western medias seem to mostly show negative sides of Africa. I don't know if western medias have a hidden agenda to push on this regard...

Open gutters is one of our biggest challenges. Our local governments don't include covering of gutters in their budgets. It's only the major highways and some classy areas that have covered gutters. Really unfortunate.

Metropolitan means Accra and its surrounding suburbs population as one. I understand there's many suburbs around Accra but they all benefits Accra overall. That's correct. Madina, Adenta, Adjiringanor, East Legon etc are suburb of Accra.
