Those areas are referred to as the ‘zongo’ areas more like an urban slum area and the less sophisticated parts of Accra. But it’s not too bad tho 😂 I live in Nima by the way. And seen to inhabit more Muslims though I think it’s 50/50 as there are a lot of non-Muslims as well. Just that, you’d find almost everyone speaking Hausa especially in Nima and Madina Zongo
