Ella mentions a few of the ingredient amounts, I just need the amount of oats, apples pureed apples, vanilla, cinnamon and raisins. Anyone help?
I have made this recipe twice. The flavor is perfect but the bread is gooey. I cooked it for over an hour and it still didn't firm up. I can't figure out why it won't work. I'll be making it again because it tastes so good but I'm hoping it works the next time...third time's a charm right?

HURRAY. The ingredients are:5 bananas, 300gms Oats , 6 tablespoons Apple purée, 2 tablespoons coconut oil, 1 teaspoon vanilla powder, 2 teaspoons cinnamon, 6 tablespoons maple syrup, 150 grms raisins. Hope this helps

Currently making this loaf - I just made a mistake I put at least over a cup of applesauce , let see how it turns out.
