Dia&Co To Dia & Co. I’m happy that you reached out to Honey and acknowledged her concerns. As a plus size woman myself I rely on Honey and other TH-camrs to give honest opinions. I have been wanting to try Dia for several months but am hesitant as you can imagine. Like another commentator said, the business model is great, it just needs more work in the inventory and service areas. I hope it does improve and please pass this up the chain. Also as a plus size woman I myself and I know others as well, are ready and able to spend our hard earned money on quality nice clothes, we are just asking to have the same options, for all sizes.
Girl say it! I am expecting my 2nd box soon and I have been playing the cancel card since my first box🤷🏾♀️🤣. I need to be fair and let that second box come but I don't think I will stick around as long as you did.😉
Honey, you are spot on about Dia serving their subscribers in a better way. Have you thought about switching to Stitch Fix or Trunk Club. The clothing and accessories seem to be more on trend and worth the investment.
I understand where you're coming from with Dia. My boxes have been on "pause" for about 10 months. I purchased a total of 16-18 boxes (somewhere in that range). When I first started out, it did take about 3 boxes for my stylist to learn my style - but once she did I got some awesome pieces! Things I still wear to this day that are favorites in my wardrobe! I was strictly a jeans and t-shirts kinda girl, and through them I found a love of maxi skirts and even have a few cute dresses! Some things were overpriced for the quality and I would either (1) send them back and say that or (2) if it was a name brand piece I'd try to find it on sale and have them price match it (it just depended on how much I liked the item - I'm not sure if they still price match). I couldn't understand why people would be so negative about Dia. Then, my luck turned. They suddenly changed my stylist on me with no explanation, and I started getting items that I specifically said I didn't want, fabrics I'd said I didn't want, or styles (if she'd read ANY of my previous feedback) that I had previously sent back. I gave this new stylist 5 or 6 chances to get it right, but it just kept getting worse - I kept getting things I had said I didn't want or things that were out of season! Each month I would contact Customer Service and they were VERY apologetic and refunded my styling fee (it wasn't done automatically for you back then) and promised to change my stylist, but nothing actually happened. By the time I paused my boxes, I felt very much like you do now. I had hoped it would've changed for the better, but unfortunately it doesn't appear like it has. I LOVE their mission and what they're trying to do - but it seems like they're having a VERY difficult time executing it which is to bad.
Have to agree with what you said! I’ve watched all of ur Dia I boxing’s and the last straw I think was the stained shirt! Or wait was it the fact you said u didn’t want dress pants and shorts but got them anyway 🙄 I went on their site I thought I could purchase items. Wanted to get that striped T-shirt with the little opening at the back. Anyway after I filled out all this nonsense I can’t order because I live in Canada boo 😒 Oh and one last point why is it the plus size accessories aren’t plus sized? I expected the cross body purses to have extra long straps and necklaces to be longer. Okay there’s my rant hahaha 😂 Keep up the awesome videos 💜
Dia really needs to get their stuff together! I agree that their options are so limited and matronly, esp at the larger end of their size spectrum. They need to offer more youthful edgy one of a kind pieces. They had the right idea with their own brand Molly & Isadora but they need to offer more unique fun stuff. Maybe take a page from the youth fullness of Torrid. I have long ago left Dia but if they changed and offered more exciting items I would come back.
I wasn't impressed with Dia's style and selection out of all the boxes I only kept a jacket and purse (only because I had won a gift card) . I tried 2 Trunk club boxes and only kept a pair of Steve Madden sneakers . Stitch fix didn't impress me either out of 4 boxes I kept a pair of earrings & a sweater.
I am on my 2nd trunk and think I am canceling. I asked for a bag, didn’t send me one. Ask for fall type items, literally statement was I am sending you some summer items. Was specific and said I don’t like animal print, received animal print. Also sent matronly items or basics when I specifically asked for items that are more toward 30 year olds not older ladies. Soooo disappointed.
AMEN!! YES!! I am right there WITH YOU on Items should be BETTER than what we walk into the store and see!! I am seeing ALOT of the usual Spandex and plain old stretchy items.. stretchy pants & tops all BAGGY .. OMG!! YES ! ME TOO!! YES MANY CUTE and DIFFERENT ITEMS!! BUT as USUAL up to Size 16/18 RANGE or 1X!!! AND YES OUT OF STOCK!! I have too gone to site and seen EXACT same thing Up to usual 3x and items are unbelievably sold out!! MANY items WOULD TRANSLATE to the 4 and 5 X size range without distorting the style or disrespecting the designer... NOW my NEXT box is going to have a green top with lattice cuts on the sleeve INSTEAD of sending it BACK IN JUNE when I sent the entire box back. NOW it is a summer shirt that will be sent in FALL... with probably summer mark downs at higher pricing !! That last or box BEFORE YEP!! YOU GOT THE SAME SHIRT last winter same as I DID too!! old stock!! And we at size 4 and 5 X we got clothes that are sacks like the blue dress we both got last month and then the new color this month.. I SWEAR if I too get the Capri when I SPECIFICALLY said my legs have medical issues..I WILL BE DONE!! 2 or 3 boxes before i got a jacket with nasty marks on the back too.. I feel right now.. just drop it.. just drop Dia.. Nothing special.. the doily sewed to the tshirt was a joke... They've lost their edge for sure!!
Do you ever purchase items from Woman Within or Roamans plus size clothing? I am 6ft, in a 3x to 5x. I Luv their clothing. But anymore Walmart has really improved their selection in sizes up to 6x. I went nuts buying capri's and shorts the last few days.. I don't trust a company to pick my clothing. Really enjoy watching you and getting your opinions and ideas. I rather watch someone true to plus size than someone who is not.. ❤❤❤
I tried Dia & Co for several months and I was frequently disappointed with the items sent to me. I specifically said I won't wear turtlenecks or mock-turtlenecks (they trigger my PTSD) I was sent these items repeatedly. I did receive a few blouses that I liked and have looked for the brands elsewhere. I personally gave them 5-6 opportunities to get right before I finally canceled.

Not sure what kind of company this is but I did their try before you buy and the items come straggling in, one piece at a time and they come from all over the US. It almost makes me feel like I’m purchasing second hand stuff. Also, they constantly email me to keep buying more things and I haven’t even received all of my stuff yet. So far Stitch Fix seems to be better but I doubt I will continue to use any of these places.
I hear ya! I haven't been super impressed with the items I've been sent. What I will say is that when I get a good item, it's killer. But those gems are few and far between.
Her name is The plus side of me! They also send you shoes and accessories. You should watch a few of her Nordstrom box videos and you can get a better feel for it.

Ultimately, Dia and Co will need to build relationships with designers that are offering unique clothing options for plus sized women. My feeling is that some of the indie brands and more couture looks are not what their target audience wants based on price point, limited availability or aesthetic. Potentially if they were to make a basic box of classic styles like Universal Standards has like athletic, business and seasonal and after a person has purchased some style basics they offer unique accessories, shirts, dresses and build an overall wardrobe with a signature style they would be more successful.
@@honeyplusbee3203 I would love to be apart of their Creative Team! Dia needs to figure out their next steps now. With more retailers being size inclusive, the plus-size clothing industry is just gaining momentum. I also watched some other Dia hauls for this month and people are hauling a lot of the same items. One of the reasons, I limited my shopping at Lane Bryant was that it seemed that ever size 12+ woman was wearing the same thing. Hopefully they find some innovation.
I went on their site to try and find the black capris you spoke about in your last video and had zero luck finding them. You’d think their website would be stocked with what’s being sent out in boxes?? The business model sounds great, from your experience I’m not sure about the execution.
I’ve watched your last few boxes and you stuck it out longer than I would have! The worst part is that they don’t even listen to you when you give them specific requests. I get that you might not love everything but if you flat out say I don’t want shorts, they should be at least reading those notes and taking action.
