👍what a deeply sensible video. One should eat 3 meals in peace surrounded by positivity and preferably don't eat alone. Also no mobiles, TV or iPad during meals is good self discipline to follow .....but nowadays no one listens. Each family member is engrossed in their own devices and mostly people eat alone.

Your words are exactly same as my mind voice. I every time tried to eat 1. Seated place 2.at peace(if surroundings provide) 3. At least family member and on dining table 4.food from outside always take out to home (never like to eat while standing) 5. Don't like to eat faster but my parents/ peers always pressurized to eat faster 6.no fight/phone during eating. 7. Don't like to eat alone but if peace only provide there then I compromise. 8. Sufficient lights and air. Also I never use my phone these two times what so ever happened 1st While eating 2nd. While inside washroom (pee, potty,bath)

Apne kaha ki khana 90 min tak accha rehta hain ayurved ke anusaar, lekin us kaal mein fridge ya food warmer lunch box nahin hote the, lekin aaj hain, to hum ayurved par kis had tak depend ho sakte hain.
Very helpful. I did like to follow all of your points . But I am unable to make a healthy environment and companionship while eating. I am all alone through the day. Our schedules are very different.
Such a simple thing, but not many are conscious enough. I will follow from tomorrow :D Also noticed that mostly we are not satiated when we eat mindlessly.
My in laws along with my husband absolutely doesn't care about home cooked food and order food daily from zomato and swiggy. I make sure atleast I cook for myself sometimes 😢
I totally agree with you Sir. But lonely guy like me after losing parents is bound to live a lonely life. It's a fact that one cannot satisfy whether he is having lunch or dinner.
@ 13:39 complaining about taste, I have seen my father and many elderly making such comments and I hated such comments. I hate it! I am 53, a seafarer, for 32 years, who doesn't get a food of choice but always have gratitude for getting food on plate. 13:59
sir i’m a working woman as well and husband aur mai akele rehte hai. dabbawalas ka system is not possible for us as there’s nobody at home to cook for us.
