I’ve stopped playing RL for the past month to play Minecraft instead. I was hopping on TH-cam just to look up redstone videos. I haven’t subscribed to any MC TH-camrs yet so I was really confused as to why I had something popping up in my subscription feed. Happy to see it 👌 Fun video as always
as someone who is a self proclaimed redstoner; this was really interesting. i think the best thing you learned is the ability to understand how a machine functions by looking at it because with that ability, you can follow tutorials but at the same time be able to understand how the machine works when you build it and learn.
Brings me back to when I was a kid just trying to understand redstone for the first time. I’ll never forget building a “secret passage” with it in my OG Minecraft house and showing all my friends

you chose the right part of the mc community to start making content on crafty, matt, purplers, cubcimetre, mumbo, ilmango, you've got a lot more tutorials to watch lol but they're all worth it
After you quit rocket league it made me realize just how little I was enjoying it too. Been back on the runescape grind and thinking of doing some minecraft myself! Awesome video and happy to see you experimenting with other content, look forward to some more!
As a long time fan of both your past content and a huge fan of Minecraft, I thought this video was very entertaining. I have to give a huge shout out to the feel of this content. It truly seems as though you enjoyed making this. The music though......that was on a completely different level, just fantastic. My vote for next would be building. I make plenty of redstone farms, everyone does, but aesthetic functionality with no real purpose but to look cool that is my favorite!! I get a feeling you might be the same. Like a huge waterfall that stops in the middle and a door opens up when you walk close. Loved seeing this video please steer clear of hardcore Minecraft lol.
@@Thanovic I am a fan of any Minecraft content that has that special feeling to it. It's just dying is a part of the Minecraft experience ya know. What game mode you are in doesn't really enhance the entertainment value of the content I just think the risk of loosing the work that has been made doesn't have that entertaining charm for me. Unless it is the typical run through to defeat the dragon only, then it makes sense in my opinion if one wishes to challenge ones self in such a way.
Been regularly watching mumbo for the past 3 months and wanted to get into learning redstone officially. I've been playing minecraft for easily 10 years and built plenty of farms but never understood how they worked. This video was great for introductions and methods of learning. Great video!

Really enjoyed this. I've played Minecraft for 13 years now and only learned redstone properly a year or two ago. If you wanted, you could take this a step further and learn to make more complex contraptions with logic gates and such like. That's where I've found the most fun in redstone.
I’ve been playing it on and off since it was released on Xbox. I was a kid at the time and couldn’t afford it so I had the free trial of the game which let you play the tutorial world for 5 minutes and then it ended, and I would go again, and again. Come a long way since then. Had some unreal times, a lot of which are down to redstone. Can’t wait to see what other videos you make on this beautiful game.

@Thanovic Try building an elevator without a tutorial and try to find out how to delay each repeater by your own, it will help by desining your own stuff and help understanding the basics. An elevator with 4 pistons and 4 slimeblocks which are extending upwards, maybe look at pictures how it looks. and after that you can try builduing one with a flying mashine with multiple destinations and security systems, like when two people press buttens after each other or spamming, to prevent the mashine from failing. Its acctually like the RL content but with an other game, I like it.
I'm not a huge fan of minecraft because its been so overdone, but I enjoy you as a creator. I just put the video on the background so I can help the algorithm while you're figuring out rebranding.
I've seen your rocket league content a while back, then I stopped watching cuz I got bored of rocket league. It's amazing to see that you're making minecraft content.
