I do my cardio after my weight training. so when should I take caffeine? More over maximum how much time should I do my cardio. I do my gym 4-5 days gym
You can experiment by taking it in the period between your weight training and cardio sessions because if you take it before the weights, the effect might wear off by the time you get to cardio.

Yes, count them to some extent but don't rely mainly on them. Get majority of the protein from sources with all the essential amino acids.

Thank for this wonderful information.. but sometimes I get so much frustrated😢 ...so much tension in life...because of thyroid weight loss is very slow.. mean big problem is unwanted facial😢. Before lockdown weight was reducing very nicely from 84 it had reduced till 55 but after that it increased till 10-12 kg now weight is around 66 but i am trying 2 kg only reduced.. my weight keeps on fluating around 63-66kg. I can't do much cardio because of foot pain have pain in both foot/heel.
may be u need to be in food deficit probably it will solve your main problem.

ARMY plan ek bar try krke dekho 100% fat weight loss ho jayega
1- subh running moderate 2 se 3km on road and skipping rope 200 and some other exercise. 40mnt
2- soaked dry friut take after workout. 1 glass milk
3- 11to 12pm 2 roti simple sbji without oil and salt add black salt.
4- 3 se 4pm mausmi juice.
5- 5 se 6pm you have to take ur dinner 2 roti sbji.
6- 8 se 9pm 1 glass milk with ashvagandha tablet and one multivitamin.
Sleep till 10pm.
Morning wake up 4 se 5am take hot water. Plz try give me response.
Some things like eating a fruit instead of drinking juice can be considered otherwise it sounds nice. People can tweak it according to their needs and goals.
