im really impressed with those paces. it takes a lot of discipline to hold a 7:00-7:30 pace without speeding up. average hr of 116 during 3 hours of trails seems like an insanely high quality aerobic workout
I'm very glad I found your channel. Your videos are always entertaining and helpful, and you have such an easy, positive attitude that makes you such a good host. Thank you for sharing these videos with us
Your girls seem like such a joy! I'm sure they have their moments, but I love all the little giggles and talking from them. Great video and advice (as always)!
Goran, what a lovely video!!! great vibes, and made me smile while watching - your actual traiing run, you dinner with the kids, everything... what a lovely channel, what a lovely joyfull video, thanks again! ❤
I'm currently recovering in bed after having a really bad migraine that lasted for two days and interrupted my training. Watching your video and seeing the beautiful nature you run in makes me happy to get back to my own routes soon 😊
Sorry to hear about your migraine I struggle with it myself once or twice a month and it really takes you off of training and life in general. Hope you feel good soon and get to run on some nice places! 😊
Love the video. One comment about your super porridge--one of the beneficial effects of blueberries--polyphenols-- are blunted when you eat them in combination with bananas.
Not answering for Göran of course, but just my quick response from a dermatological point of view: Yes, a quick, rather cool water shower after every run is totally fine. Use a mild shower gel. Use body lotion at least once a day. Your skin (and people around you) will thank you. Happy showering!
Also not Goran, but I often do double sometimes triple training days, and I will shower after any moderate to hard effort. If I did like an extremely light session (15 minutes strength for example) or something then I might skip a shower, as long as I have no reason to be presentable and didn't break a sweat. It will only be a 2 - 5 minute wash off shower, not an existential crisis one haha. I have long hair so I wash that either every 3 ish days or more often if it needs it. If my skin feels dry, I moisturise.
Manga tusind tak! I'm really impressed with your English language skills. It's also so nice to see the beauty of Norway. I sometimes wish my ancestors didn't have to immigrate to the US.
This is an awesome challenge and I love your passion in tackling it. If I were you, I'd replace animal products with vegetables and reduce cereal to the benefit of legumes. Better taste, faster recovery, more fun training. :)
So cool that you take your kids running with you! I also have two kids and a running stroller but somehow we haven't went running yet 😅😅Also this video has such a good energy
Really nice environment to train in! I was surprised that you don't seem to prioritise carbs in your diet. The energy bar looked a lot like barebells caramel choco, am i right? Which is also a Protein bar. Thanks for your content
Love the vibe of this video, btw, how does your watch track your steps when you hold the stroller with both your arms and don't move them? Do you use any other equipment to track it?
If the channel goes downhill you can always turn to cooking advice or food photography... Never seen a regular meal so esthetically presented. But then the entire home & locale is scary perfect. Starting to wonder if these kids are really yours or just hired for the day, there's no mess, no chaos, no sleep deprivation (apparently), no noise, no tantrums...ok maybe off-camera?
Yeah that’s another good reason why you live in a warm place. Good luck with making a habit of it. A tip is to start of with super short runs like 15min to not make it a to big of a task and to get the habit in.
Banana and water is just much more training your aerob engine.......than all that bars and energi-fluids you drink....remember the body and the aerob engine is the fuel the body must use on long runs and is training the endurance.......
I feel like your meals looked so healthy but somehow it was really high in calories, obviosuly we didn't see portion size so maybe you just at a lot of it or had a lot of peanut butter?

We are still waiting for the colab between the two of you!
Really appreciate you showing and role modelling being a present father 🧑
Wherever you live looks so peaceful.

Haha yeah 😅 running on trails is a lot of fun
I like your visual add ons, it makes the videos feel high in quality
I am tempted to step out and try this!! Your country is so beautiful. It is 43C outside right now with strong hot winds (New Delhi) 🥵
Go for it! Ok yeah that sounds like a tough climate to train in for sure.

Do you shower after every run or how often do you shower?

Great video with great nutrition, out of curiosity do eat based on the estimated calories burned from the data on the smart watch?
awesome...what kind of shorts are you wearing for long runs?
Look into a book called "Toxic Superfoods"!
Kan du göra en video där du visar hur du tränade när du satsade på orientering? Dina videos är riktigt bra
Nice vibe! Good music👌👌
Thanks 😁
no roads?

That Ben Parkes hat though 👍
whats it mean by avg pace and avg effort pace? also i assume u consume more calories on the big workouts days?
How do you record yourself while running? Does someone know? Is it insta360 x3/x4?
What an awesome feeling to clean that long tube after the sports drink :))
Haha yeah 😅
I keep trying to get into mornings running but fail each morning. Because it gets ridiculously hot during the day, a morning run seems best.
Yeah that’s another good reason why you live in a warm place. Good luck with making a habit of it. A tip is to start of with super short runs like 15min to not make it a to big of a task and to get the habit in.
Is it too early for fresh blueberries up there?
Energy bar 😛 Unless enegery is a brand name?
116 bpm average hr. Just wow.
I start everyday with lifting weights, the day gets a way better vibe!
Cool to hear, yeah starting the day with using your body is so great 😁
@@goranwinblad it really really is, i didnt believe it could set the tone for the whole day, luckily i was wrong ❤️
Bra video som vanligt! Vilka Nike-skor springer du i?
Tack! I den här videon Nike Zegama.
how can i get good endurance in 10 days to run
Big banger
Guess u had a considerable calorie surplus this day? Or? what cal output did ur watch say?
With that view I would run there every day.
Yeah we are lucky with the nature here 😊

You had me with the Super Porridge up until you added that runny raw egg 😝!

Shouldn‘t you be eating a bit more? With 3 hours training you burned probably 1500 kcal.
That omelet looked like it should have been in a chef magazine.🧐😄👍🏾🫡🫀🏃🏾♂️🏋🏾♂️🚴🏾♂️🙏🏾
Did you move?:) so beautiful
