The Predator vs. Rambo
Danco did that one. I say Rambo because "Dutch" in the first Predator movie was probably inferior to Rambo in most aspects of warfare like weapons skill, strategy, leadership etc and size and physical strength is probably the only advantages Dutch has over Rambo and against a Predator that won't help much since a human cannot match a Pred in strength anyway.
The fact that whether or not Rambo can beat a predator AT ALL being discussed is kind of ironic in that it begs the question of where did that "color that is the opposite of green" neck "not nice person" (trying to avoid A.I. censor) sheriff guy get off thinking that he could mess with someone who might be able to defeat a predator? Could that sheriff guy have beaten a predator? If someone is being even DEBATED about whether or not they can beat a predator, even if the Pred ultimately wins then maybe you should just leave them alone?
@@Zurround - Better yet. Dutch from "Predator" vs. Rambo from "First Blood". Setting / background will be a forest. Armament for Dutch will be a M-16A1 combat rifle with an underslung M203 grenade launcher and a combat knife. Armament for Rambo will be a M60 machinegun and a heavy bowie knife.

t 800 vs predator
Robocop vs Terminator has been in other forms of media like the Dark Hors comic book and some of the TH-cam vids. Some of them have Robocop win and some have Terminator win. I first had this discussion with some other kids back in 1987 when each character only had one movie and the kid I was debating with said Terminator wins because Robocop is too SLOW which I thought was funny as the actor (Peter Weller) had difficulty walking in that bulky and heavy costume that they made him wear.

Maybe its off topic but BOTH of them achieved a degree of emotion, of genuinely caring about people even though they were supposed to be emotionless (I am talking about before Data got his "emotion chip"). This was symbolized when the T800 told the boy the he finally understands why people cry even though he could never do it.
I think DATA had a higher degree of emotion than even the 2nd Terminator. It was very obvious that on some level he loved and genuinely cared about certain people despite technically not being supposed to have emotion.

@@deany53 T800 loses horribly. Those machine guns were so effing powerful that it would still damage him and badly. T1000 wins because he could just keep coming back together until he turns into a liquid and goes inside Robo Cain to destroy him from within.
Roco Cain vs ED209 would be a cool fight. ED209 has arguably even more powerful machine guns and missiles and is heavier and might have more sheer brute strength but is dumb as a pile of rocks and Robo Cain has a smart human brain in it and with his speed and climbing ability is way more mobile and being like a "swiss army knife on steroids" has a greater variety of different tools and weapons than ED209.
I'd like to see me versus pigeons...I of course have a flamethrower...

There was a comic book series of Robocop vs. Terminator by Dark Horse comics (I think). It was a four issue mini that one had to have all four issues to get the full story. It was an awesome.

I just came here to say the same thing...awesome series. This video brought back some memories from the late 90's. Dark horse also did the Predator vs Batman.
First thing not mentioned, these 2 combatants have different power sources. Terminator has a high output, long life hydrogen fuel cell that will last hundreds of years . Robocop has more than likely, lithium iron phosphate batteries that needs recharging every 6-8.5 hours . Terminator has a higher output, making him stronger and he is made of a much denser alloy . Also Terminator is uploaded with an A.I. that has access to the internet which means his battle strategies are constantly upgrading. Robocop has too many cons against him .

As for the robocop's power source, it was sucked out of your finger, nowhere in the film did you show it recharging every 8 hours.In the movies, he quietly went for days without any recharging, in the scenes where he sat in an armchair, it is clear that it was necessary for him to sleep elementary, because the needs of the brain have not gone away.If the car has a larger gas tank, then this does not make it more powerful, it just allows it to drive longer without refueling.
Regarding some kind of heavy-duty terminator, we all remember how it was crushed by a small hydraulic press, and crushed it like foil, it is unlikely that the press at the factory was designed for the pressure of high-strength steel.And we also remember how the terminator's hand was clamped at the factory in the second part and he calmly broke it off with a conventional crowbar, although according to your logic about the terminator's super steel, the crowbar should have bent and not his hand.
Nowhere in the terminator movie is some kind of super tactic shown, everywhere he just goes for a break like robocop.They both have the same tactic-"I see the goal, I see no obstacles"
And another important drawback of the terminator is that all its aggregates and mechanical connections with hydraulic cylinders are bare, they are open, you can stick a crowbar in there, as the terminator himself did in the second part with his hand.
Nowhere in the original films is the terminator's advantage in strength and durability shown, they are +- equal.The only advantage we've seen is that Terminator can run and robocop can't.
Depends on what we allowing. In terminator genisys it shows the t850 struggling with the nano one. While neither moved u can see the cement caving down from the force of their opposing strengths. Those small presses can still apply 1000s of psi in strength and due to positioning there was no room to apply counter force. I dont know about t850 but robocop is susceptible to 50cal rnds and up. Was even shown to take some damage from small arms fire but they were at least military grade. For the most part terminators are immune to bullets till u start anti armor rounds. Its why plasma weapons are used. As an AI the terminators processing power is superior however there is problems with pure logic....depends on how long tye t850 been runnin as its a self learning AI. Hard to say but i think the t850 has more redundant systems to keep it functioning then robocop as lots of his sys used to keep brain and spine functioning

It was a very strange battle.For some reason, robocop is exposed here as a whipping boy.Why on earth would a terminator take down a robocop with one punch?.I will remind you that the robocop was hit by ed-209 and robocaine, and the blow of robocaine is clearly stronger than the blow with a thin t-800 handle.And don't forget how robocop and Cain fell from a skyscraper and the robocop structure withstood such a blow.
And then he was just hit in the chest and lost consciousness -this is some kind of nonsense.Why would Robocop hide from bullets behind boxes?, why on earth is it a threat to him that the t-800 pointed a shotgun at him?, where in general in the first films about the terminator and robocop it is seen that the terminator is physically stronger than robocop?.In general, some kind of stupidity came out.
I take issue with saying that Terminator is STRONGER than Robocop. Robocop is more powerfully built and has more raw power. Robocop might still win for other reasons like being faster or a better fighter but at sheer brute strength I say its Robocop.
I'd say that their strengths are equal, and that's a wash.

By what they can do in the films, we can see that the Terminator *is* stronger than Robocop, *and* faster. Have you ever seen Robocop run?

That was kind of touched at in the Dark Horse comic book Alien vs Predator vs Terminator. Ironic that it was the same ACTOR but in a straight up fist fight Terminator wins since high tech robotics beats flesh and blood. Overall I say Predator wins if he has access to and is allowed to use his advanced technology. The "camoflauge" would not work against the Terminator's censors that go beyond human vision but the Predator has in his possession very powerful and very advanced alien technology. That shoulder laser cannon could probably destroy or do a lot of damage to a Terminator.

I posted Cylons vs Terminators on another thread but it would also be interesting to see the original Cylons vs Termintors.
This is a good channel with some very interesting AI analysis.
My only criticism is I find AI analysis too simplistic and/or not enough is taken into consideration on character's known feats, past combat examples, etc... A good example of matchups is something like 'Death Battles' which go far deeper with more parameters.
I would agree with the AI's alternative ending more. Robocop has a human mind with the ability to think, plus, he was and is a cop. Plus, he would know the layout of the warehouse and what he may have at his disposal to use.
So does the t850. Its a self learning AI capable of adapting to any situation.

I've always wanted that match up, however this channel focuses more on horror and deadly elements.
Jeanie and Samantha are kind of hard to imagine as killers.
Perhaps they are better of dueling in 'Epic rap battles of history'
or at the most ' Death battles' even if it ends up in death, they have far deeper analysis than scripted by machines.

Loved the video, but i have issues. Heres two...
1. Why is the T 800 even pausing when confronted with Robocop? - this is silicon computing power versus an organic brain; the reaction times of my old Intel i7 must be at least a million times faster than my own brain.
2. Why was the T 800 surprised? It's a machine, and therefore it has no feelings. Surely it would compute and react.
Not trying to be a spoilsport, but i reckon Robocop would get a good kickin in seconds in reality.
Actually the terminator loses, especially if you only work with the first two movies for both to reference.
The terminator crashed a car into a wall and broke his own hand, needing to be repaired, he then in the same movie got hit by a semi truck and limped on till he gets crushed in the hydraulic press.
Robocop on the other hand got hit by a bomb disposal truck (way heavier than a semi) rammed into and through walls and still walked it off. And in the second film fell from a skyscraper to and through ground level and walked it off.
Terminator got blown in half by home made plastique pipe bombs, while RoboCop got blasted by military grade rockets only to get knocked down a couple times.
The terminator had to repeatedly ram into a barred sheet metal door to break a hole so it could reach in and open it.
RoboCop punched through a heavy steel security/fire door with a single punch.
And to put the bullshit out on this video, a shotgun will only piss RoboCop off, the first film in the drug den when he arrested Clarence boddicker, multiple people had pump action shotguns and other tasty caliber guns that DID NOTHING......
Only weapons other than high explosive grenades and a 60cal have done anything to RoboCop's armor. And usually it pertains to the exact rounds..... E.D.209 has bigger barrels than 60cal..... So i would assume armor piercings were loaded in the one that broke RoboCop's armor.
Also the T800 that tracked Sarah Connor was made of titanium...... Robocop is also made of titanium but laminated with kevlar.
Literally the only edge that the terminator has is power supply...
RoboCop has to rest and recharge every 24-48 hours, terminator can go on for a century or more pending on activity and damage.
But again, terminator struggled with things RoboCop walked off....
Terminator loses no contest.

I completely disagree however the T800s overall chasis being more durable than Robocops'
Robocop's frame is far denser with thick titanium, the T800s has to be a thin human endoskeleton.
Also in this scenario, the T800 is allowed an assortment of weapons, but Robocop is not allowed his cannon?
Robocop has fought bigger robots and survived their assaults head on - ED209 and RoboCain, as well as an evil version of himself (tv series)
I'm not calling for a rematch, as the fight is what it is, I just think the set up was limited and therefore so would be the overall analysis.

Why did they show Robocop using low caliber weapons? In the origin films he was using a 50 caliber fully auto handgun that tore chunks out of people and damaged heavy armour. Strength wise and targeting wise they'd be on a par.
Except robocops handgun was more powerful and lays down more rounds more accurately than a close range shotgun.
At the very least Robocop could stall him long enough for them to bring backup. Maybe a few Ed 209s or a few snipers with those heavy blasters robocop used to take out Ed209s and heavy Vehicles. Terminator then becomes scrap metal.
My assessment is the same as it's always been, in a straight fight this is a draw. The Terminator only has access to the commonly available conventional weapons of his arrival destination, in this case meaning conventional firearms which Robocop shrugs off like they were spitballs. Similarly, Robocop's standard sidearm and other police weapons he might have access to won't be effective against the Terminator either. It's a stalemate because neither has weapons that can breach the other's armor. WINNER: None.
The Terminator is military but Robocop is only designed for law enforcement Not the battlefield,
Robocop, on the other hand could be upgraded by simply changing his weapons And upgrading his armor to military specs.

Are you sure this isn't a case of nepotism? An AI giving the first win to an AI... Yes the Terminator has a learning computer, but those higher functions are switched off in the field because Skynet can't have the Terminators being self aware, otherwise they might turn on it.
Didn't death battle do one with these two and robo came out on top with his arsenals....was was able to think out side of his programming that the terminator couldn't do.

The technology of a terminator is superior to Robocop. A terminator outclasses robocop in just about every metric. The only difference is a human brain augmented by cybernetics, against an advanced AI microprocessor.
I think Robocop has more sheer brute strength. His body is a more powerful build than the endoskeleton. For example in an arm wrestling match my money would be on Robocop.
