Finished a 5 day Sims bender and decided to shave off my shoulder length hair BUT THEN I went for a walk and this song found me through reccomendations. Hair has not left the chat, this song is beautiful and made me feel really whole. Also "Did you go to the barber, ask for the Natalie Portman?" should be given an award. What a line. THANK YOU

I need to know your inspirations for music. I need to know them. I had a 160gb iPod from 2009 that I spent so much time putting music on, and it got stolen from me in 2013. I can't remember most of the obscure bands I listened to on it because most were just freebie tracks from Bandcamp so i could listen to that one song and later download or listen to them online. There's so much good bedroom pop, indie rock, glofi, Chillwave influence in your music that I can't help but feel like we listened to a lot of the same music. The emotion conveyed from Miya and you during the chorus is just... Ugh, it makes me FEEL again. Even though the lyrics are meant to be funny and relatable, the tone in which it's sung is just so heavy hitting, you can really feel the emotion behind it. Not like anything on the top 40, and I love that.
