You've got it, mate! It's definitely something that takes legitimate studying to get the hang of, but its such a fun experience being able to tweak and modify your games to exactly your liking. Kind of makes you feel like you're the one making your own game, in a sense.
not only did this help with how to make a bashed patch quickly and concisely, it also helped me figure out why the pretty paper map went all buggy on me.

haaaw ! i merge but i can`t remove those merged esps from the load order i`m having 407 mod with wrye bash it be come 408 IT DID NOTHING AT ALLLLLL ican`t remove any thing from the looooad order >_______

my summary, Move "bashed patch" to bottom of load order, proceed to open Wrye Smash, right click "bashed patch" select rebuild, and then finally press the make patch button, make sure it is selected on mod organizer. Ps: great vid, thank you.

Great video but I am having issues. I get an error due to Sneak Tools mod, specifically the DarkCowl provides a look up error in game, and when I try to Bash it, it fails due to the Dark Cowl. Anyone else have this issue, or know how to deal with it?

Any easy way to manually modify the leveled lists? I'm using Immersive Weapons and PrivateEye's Heavy Armory but I don't want a complete merge because some weapons are basically the same. Both mods add halberds, spears etc.
So whatever I install mods that add armors/weapons with leveled list, I only interested on "leveled list" when building bashed patch and not "merge patches"? At first I thought combining those mods together allows me to disable them in MO and instead only enable this particular bashed patch

Ok, so I added Wrye Bash as an executable in MO, as I use that. When it finished the bashed patch rebuild thing, it said this page can't be displayed. Is that a problem? It lets me click OK, but I don't see that orange window you got after it finished the bashed patch.
I clicked on rebuild patch and the first thing that comes up is a tab says Deactivate these mods prior to patching then it gives a list of 4 mods and I can choose ok or skip, I am not sure what to do on that part

Have they removed the ability for Wrye Bash to merge (and disable) patches and other plugins? I can't find an option anywhere that'll let me do it! And it's becoming really very frustrating
You need to have all other mods enabled plus Batched Patch (at the bottom of the install and plugin order). After having enabled the "Batched Patch" in Wrye Bash go to your Mod Organizer (if using MO and not NMM) and "Create Mod", name it Batched Patch. (This is assuming you've cleansed the overwrite folder before creating Batched Patch.
I haven't option to create patch and used some sort of optimized custom build of Skyrim. Any suggestion how it be done? Just have some issue with overspawn random events as I found by exact moments when it crashes and think Bash Patch can help. So please?
Hi all, I'm just about to install Immersive Creatures.. but then I saw it said at the bottom "run BOSS & start Wrye Bash and recreate your bashed patch" I'm aware that BOSS is an outdated program.. I wanted to check if using wrye bash is still what people do..? Is it absolutely necessary?
+Colin Weeks LOOT is the one that replaced BOSS to improve your load order. You should use ModManager, together with TES5EDIT, LOOT, WryeBash and SKSE.
Wrye Bash does not work with MOD Organizer? When I open Wrye Bash, only show the mods I installed manually (5 mods), but I have over 200 mods installed with the MO.

some stuff he said are incorrect, it doesnt save room on the load order. All it does is make some of the mods that uses the alter the same stuffs will play nicer together. The problem is that some mods doesn't like being above the BASH PATCH.ESP.

I've disabled my mods, uninstalled and now reinstalling Skyrim. Should I download this first and then click on my mods. How should I go about this? I'm trying to get on the right start and I could really use the help. I swear, learning how to mod Skyrim, is a game in its self for me.

I notice you say you can tweak the settings. how can I tweak it so that I get more than one follower I don't want to use one of the follower mods due to them being script intensive and im having to re evaluate my mods and that amazing follower tweaks has to go all I want is three followers. I have changed the companions to 3 but in game I can still only get 1 companion. is there a step that im missing for doing this correctly?

What happens to armor and weapon mods that don't edit level lists? Do they still get effected by level lists and spawn in the world?

ok so after reading the wrye bash general readme . the tweaks option is only valid and usable for oblivion not tes5 this video is miss leading

It's important to run Wrye bash through MO itself so you have to add it as an executable

In the right pane of Mod Organizer you will see a "Data" tab, ad the bottom should be Wrye Bash. Right click and select "Add as executable."

Yes Wrye Bash can cause this, even more with things like SkyRe and Overhauls. ALWAYS back up your save in the "Save" in case of this.
