- This is just me doing what I do.I firmly believe that if it's already broke I cannot break if more. So let's try and fix it!
The depth gauge in this Marvel MLCS 62 Plunge Router is the reason I bought it. Having that be the only thing that is broken was disappointing. But it all works out in the end.
While this is a long video, I honestly do not have the time to edit anymore. Therefore, here it is in all it's original glory!
Life is an adventure, experience it, live it and stay true to yourself!

I love this how-to video for anyone interested in refurbishing tools and getting them to work best for your needs. Especially the small steps, Amy walks you thru and even provides an uplifting story of kindness as well. Thank you so much for your time and effort. It is appreciated.
Thank you so much! Hope this helps someone!
Amy, I watched this video of you making the adjustments to this piece of equipment. You are so talented and have the patience of a Saint!!!
I love tinkering with stuff. Thank you for watching!
I have a used mlcs 60 and that's the worse router i ever buy far too much vibration and the speed don't work right as it should. How they improvement on this one
I know these routers are not the best. I bought mine for a specific purpose, to hog out bowls, trays etc. It's definitely too big and bulky for me to use for detailed work. If your speed is on the highest setting it will vibrate a lot I've noticed. Your unit probably needs a new potentiometer (speed control).
