For new players: bees are easier to get at night. They sleep. Attack it and then spam catch until you get it. It will stun lock. You might get interference but it was easier for me
Just came across your video. I really enjoyed it just so you know when you’re trying to find a location for the pals if you press Y it will show you the night spawn location
I used to use Cotton Candy as a non-perishable slot filler for purpose-made containers - e.g stone/paldium only, wood only, ore only, weapons/ammo only, etc. etc.
I have a few things to say from the vid: 1. Caprity might not be the most useful ranch pal, but it can come in handy in a couple of small ways. First, you can save space for non-berry gardens and/or other base items. Second, you can take some of the workload off your seeding and watering pals so that they can work more on other tasks such as milling, lumbering, etc. Basically, it condenses both the berry work and space kinda like how a laundry vacuum bag does for a closet, so it would be worth the investment for efficiency's sake. 2. If you don't want to fight a hard pal, such as beegarde or sibelyx, you could always go pal egg hunting. I usually call it an 'egg run' or an 'easter egg hunt', whichever you prefer. Basically, you go around grabbing pal eggs until your inventory is stuffed. Unlike buying or breeding, it is cost-free and a fun way to explore. You will also get a nice bunch of exp when you go to hatch them back at the base. In the early game, when I want to get a beegarde, I usually hop on my nitewing and go fly around the marsh island, verdant brook, and mossanda forest areas where they got a lot of verdant eggs. Not only is this the easiest way to get a worker bee, but you will also get some good pals such as elizabee, mossanda, and even verdash. 3. Vixy also drops bone on occasion, although not as much as sootseer.
@johnsmith5255 I tried to cover everything I could but these are very good tips as well! Don't forget to like and subscribe to see what I miss next time😂😂😂
I noticed the Vixys dropping bones too. I have a ton of good ones for endless arrows/money, and after the big update they have dug a large number of bones for me too
If you don't want the problem of trying to capture Beeguards you can breed them using Tanzee and Malpaca or a Tanzee and Dumud. Sootseer can be bred from Dinossum and Relaxaurus too.
Thanks for compiling this.. b.t.w. you didn't mention this but vixies also digs up bones though rarely. I always found some in my ranch where they were grazing
@sabyasachidas7058 I wasn't aware of this when I made the video. I am now and I'm glad my video could help! Make sure to like, subscribe, share and check out some of my other content! There will be more to come!!
@timt7313 glad you liked it! I'm trying to make more Once Human content atm but there is A LOT to that game and I'm trying to get a bit more informed first haha.
I think it’s because they are all a 2 star condensed or higher but my Vixi’s drop bones too. Also a tip for anyone farming pals to condense them, Tombat’s sonar ability will show you what pals are around you.
I wish they would put in a pal that dropped electric organs. The laser rifle ammo needs 5 electric organs to make, and sure I can make tons of money and buy them. Why not a pal to farm them with though?
You can buy everything, except for honey. Ore mining site 2 is OP cause you can produce tons of ore and hence nails. Sell all your nails and you can buy everything without keeping all these animals in your ranch. So, you only need to keep a beegard for making cakes.
@Newsaucewh0d1s no dungeon maps. Just seemed that detail went unnoticed in the video. Not hating in any way just pointing it out. Take care and looking forward to more content.
@Xxrooster138 oh I gotcha. Some of these things I legit don't know and I do appreciate the sub, and the info! I try to be as informative as possible but I'm still learning😂
Found this vid on my feed. So, it might get a lot of views soon. Here's a few tips specific to gyide videos like this. (feel free to not use any. I am just listing commonalities i've seen from ig channels to give some ideas in the hopes of helping): 1) Guide videos like this tend to be structured like an audio version of a guidebook. People very often will click on it to flip through and find a specific fact. So, the easier you make it for people to find that fact (video sections like chapters, and timestamps for specific examples and facts), the more likely people will be to return to relearn or reference that fact over and over. Much how people return to a wikipedia page to look up the same fact over and over. 2) It tends to be best practice to frontload any general info so everyone sees it. This would be stuff like general terms or basic facts (like how to tell if a pal will drop anything when grazing, how grazing works, or what benefits it has). Feel free to explain it like you are explaining it to somebady who has never played or even seen the game before. This will make it more accessible to a wider audience. P.S. you can also save some of this info for the end of the video if it is not needed to know, but makes it easier. This includes tips like breeding passives or condensing. Saving it for the end of the video, AND TEASING IT EARLY will likely help retention and watch length. 3) Adding as much info as you can with as little words as possible to clearly explain it helps widen the amount of people that would use your guides. Again, the best part of guide videos is that people return to them to recheck facts. So, the more info and facts you have, the more people will return to check their specific needed fact. You don't want to lose them by rambling too much, though. A simple "on the screen are the locations you can find them at. They are typically low/mid/high level. So, prepare accordingly." could be rinsed and repeated for each. (Of course with your own version to that effect) Good video though. Especially with the choice to show an example of finding and capturing the rare pal. It could use a little polishing and refining, but overall very well made.
Oh jesus are you playing on an ultrawide and recording 1080p!? I'm practically on the verge of puking at this scuffed aspect ratio. O.o Good vid though. Returning player from 6 months ago. Good to see not much has changed with ranching
High Quality Pal Oil and Electric Organs are the only things I spend money on. I guess I'll buy a pal from the slaver if it has good stats and a passive I need.
The game has so many time sink walls to get over it realy limits what you want to or should be doing. So with the Ranch you already need OTHER pals working and won't by that tiem unlock enough spots to utilize the ranch. You need planting/watering/harvesting/rock/ore and a the least you need a Penking with his working ability two or crafting things will be painful. THEN a few levels later you are so bored with time sinks you are dying for an ANubis so now you need to take two spots for breeding AND you FIRST need a better Fire Pal it is endless ..need need need a slow ingot pal a slow cake making Pal.All this time you really don't have room to use the Ranch ...yet. if your a new player it is even slower but once you know the game and understand everything then you can eliminate spots for example getting a multi worker like Verdaesh or Lyleen etc etc. I didn't even mention that you can't add more pals until you unlock more Palbox quests so yeah a super huge time sink. After you have like idk around 8-10 pals doing their things THEN you might consider Ranch pals.
