    Leave this young Man alone. If you can’t prove that he did it let him go. Trying to try him until someone convicts him. Just sad.

      What’s sad is murdering your parents.

      He killed his parents. I am black, and I see your point but stupid juror doesn’t mean someone should get away with murder.

      @@1andOnlyKBAgree, there is no reasonable explanation to explain murders of Dawn and AJ SR. The reasonable doubt is merely magical thinking. The FACTS are simple. How are 2 people murdered in the dead of night in a locked down house with only 2 people who survived. All AJ jr can say is I didn’t do it but tells so many lies during interview with police it can’t be denied. How does a murderer break into an armed house, find a loaded gun, shots 2 adults, runs through locked house, leaves gun behind, write a note and somehow exits house leaving no tracks and leave AJ safe and sound! Two hung juries is insane AJ is so guilty!

    The parents are long deceased. Only the relatives left for him . Leave free w/ his family .

      He might end up murdering more relatives if he gets away with murdering his parents.

    I thought the Double Jeopardy law blocks an individual from getting tried over and over .

    • @MoneyMan6969
      @MoneyMan6969 ปีที่แล้ว

      These cases ended in a mistrial

    • @nacho_ncam
      @nacho_ncam ปีที่แล้ว

      Double Jeopardy only applies if the person is acquitted. Like OJ for example: he could come out and admit he's guilty (which he basically did when he wrote a book called "If I Did It" and then went on to explain in detail how it went down🤦🏽‍♀️. It doesn't matter if he ever does fully admit it. He can't be tried again.

    • @davidmoran5330
      @davidmoran5330 ปีที่แล้ว

      Not if its a mistrial. Only if the person is found not guilty. Those were both mistrials, which means they couldn't reach a guilty or not guilty verdict.

    AJ doesn’t do well with rules. Wonder if his wife will be around when he gets out of prison? Should have waited on the family move; daddy can’t parent from prison.

    Why his defense team don't want him to speak? If he is innocent he don't have to be afraid to answer any questions

      @@davidmoran5330 what is sad is the death of his parents , they wanted what was best for him, and his innocent mother who got two bullets is sad, if is he may he get helped

    • @iMatti00
      @iMatti00 ปีที่แล้ว

      Sorry, but you guys are wrong. First, I’ll tell you that the defendant has spoke and at least two interviews during previous trials. Second, you’re wrong though that when you’re innocent you should just speak. If I was just a random every day person I would probably say the same thing, but you should spend at least 1000 hours, like I have, watching everything from crime documentaries to interviews with lawyers, etc. And that doesn’t even include the actual trials I’ve watched which totals no less than observing 30full trials and another 50 short trials and countless hearings. But talk to lawyers and watch documentaries of innocent people who had their words twisted around against them and made them look guilty when they really weren’t.

      @@davidmoran5330Agree with you! It’s not possible the alarm system worked perfectly during day of murders until 40 minutes when crime took place. AJ is using weapon right before killings to show a friend how a gun sounds, who would care about that and where is this friend? Why did AJ say he didn’t touch gun since age 8? Why lie? Why does he never try to find out if his parents are ok after he contacts 911 and says masked man raced out of house? One would look into room to check parents out like he did with his sister. The police should have looked at security systems near house, true, but it still doesn’t mean his house wasn’t sealed, it was! AJ very cocky and there are some very dumb folks in Texas that’s clear

    ❌ Hey, news reporters, most of your “the bench“ videos are not in your playlist. The videos are not in chronological order nor do you have all of them in there. Thank you for trying to create the playlist, but I think you stop putting videos in there or you messed up somehow.
