can't help laughing or smiling whenever I see saenchai sparring. he is a beautiful man.
I think that's the main lesson here. Just have fun and play around. Don't train with a frown, train hard but happy and playful. You even hit harder when you are relaxed. You get more creative, you try more things, you take more risks, you endure more.

I agree. As a boxer that moved to Mt, the sparring is way more enjoyable and effective
I like how it’s so light hearted but still learning exp. Jack is a little more intense but still such a good dude. Love this them and Muay Thai

He makes the trips look so effortless, it's insane. I think his elusive style is the most suitable MT style for MMA as he doesn't rely so much on big gloves as his guard and he has a lot of emphasis on trips. I'd like that to be more taught in MMA.

Yo this one is the most entertaining seminar, Kru Gae seminar was also really entertaining as well but not at this level. This one has a chill and comfy vibe to it, it's a kind of environment that make you happy and most likely able to absorb a lot of the lessons.
